Love love love all of the recipes that Antoni shares with us! I haven’t tried them all, but he’s my go to for weeknight meals that are different than my normal, but not too wild or challenging.

This follow-up was totally worth the wait. I enjoyed cooking from the first book and I also enjoyed trying the recipes from this book. My favorite has to be the creamy soft scrambled eggs with shrimp and Scallions. I would never think of shrimp as a breakfast food but it was SO GOOD.

Antoni's cookbook has food that looks good, but it wouldn't be easy recipes for new cooks. I was intimated by the majority of the recipes included in this book. However, I did enjoy reading the cookbook.

A great cookbook! The recipes are unique and easy to follow. They aren't the most basic recipes, but there's nothing too difficult. And the flavors are wonderful.

First, let me say I really like the photos in this book. This book is a collection of recipes I would classify as mostly fancy dinner options. These recipes wouldn't be everyday staples in my home, but would be great for those days when you have more time to devote to cooking and want to get experimental. I would recommend this book more to people who already know they love cooking rather than anyone just starting out. Particular recipes that struck my fancy include Coconut Cauliflower Korma, Pork and Egg Rice Bowls, and Rigatoni alla Vodka.

I loved this cookbook! I love Antoni, the flavors and combinations he uses as well as his wit and personality which come across perfectly with his great writing style. Some of the recipes may be a little intricate but I like that he shared easy recipes too. The ones I tried came out delicious!

I love this cookbook! I find myself turning to it as a go-to for when I need any type of recipe, whether it is quick and easy or something to make to impress a group. The recipes are clearly written, but leave enough room for a knowledgeable home cook to make adjustments as they wish to suit their needs or the group they are feeding. I appreciate that the ingredients are primarily ones that a home cook would reasonably have on hand, with not too many products that are uncommon or difficult to obtain. I think this is a great cookbook to give as a gift to someone who wants to get more into cooking, or someone who is an experienced home cook and wants more recipes in their rotation!

I enjoyed this book by Antoni. He is so funny and smart, and has a great writing style. He is a master chef. I like that he shared easy recipes, I have a few I added to my notebook. The food came out delicious.

This cookbook is everything! I love Antoni and his personality and know-how with flavors really shines through in this book. The recipes all sound delicious and like something I would actually want to cook and eat. And when it comes to cookbooks, feeling motivated to cook the food is arguably more important than it sounding good or looking good on a page. Would definitely recommend!!

Might not be the easiest and simplest recipes to follow , but I promise you they are delicious and worth trying them. Happy to be exposed to Polish cuisine! Will definitely try some of the recipes for my family gatherings.

Cannot believe I forgot to give feedback on this whenever I read this!

This was everything I had hoped it would be and more and I cannot WAIT for it to be published so I can get my hands on a physical copy. I. Am. So. Hungry. after reading this book.
My favourite thing about this was his laidback attitude throughout - don't like an ingredient? Don't us it, or sub it out for this or that. There's nothing pretentious or overthetop about the recipes, and his lists of pantry/freezer/fridge essentials made me feel like a very prepared adult as I could tick off most of what he listed lol.
This felt like a cookbook full of recipes from someone who wanted to take the stress out of trying new ways with old staples and it was so much fun.

I love Antoni! I appreciate he’s bringing modern Polish cuisine to people that wouldn’t normally try it. But this cookbook is packed with so many yummy recipes! And Antoni loves frozen peas as much as I do. Thank you so much for the ARC.

While the recipes can be somewhat difficult, and the ingredients Antoni lists are not always readily available, the Let's Do Dinner cookbook poses an excellent read. The ultimate inspiration to ditch Deliveroo and cook up a storm in the kitchen. I'll cook, you clean.

I was thrilled to get an ARC of this book. I love Antoni, and I think he's an absolute genius in the kitchen. This book has lots of recipes and tricks that you won't see just anywhere. Antoni has perfectly curated these meals to taste like luxury with every bite. Excellent cookbook!

A great second cookbook filled with fun affordable dinners and recipes to change up your cooking routine! lots of pictures that will make you hungry! Love Antoni's touches in this cookbook and the recipes and a good moderate level of cook.
