A huge thank you to NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for providing me with ARC!

I found this cookbook to be very aesthetically pleasing. It doesn't hurt that Antoni is too! This definitely isn't going to be your go-to, everyday cookbook because the ingredients aren't items that you just *happen* to have in your fridge/pantry at any given time. However, I do love his use of clean and locally sourced + sustainable ingredients, and the recipes are quite delicious!

This is the best book if you are a fan of Antoni. Even if you have never heard of who he is, this is a wonderful cookbook to have in your home. Yes, there are wonderful pictures of Antoni but there is also real pictures of the foods and dishes that he is working on, He gives you the recipes and exactly what you need to do in order to plate the same meal that is shown in the book. Again, I would recommend this cookbook if you want some new recipes.

Thanks NetGalley and the publisher for a digital review copy. Everything in this cookbook looks absolutely delicious. Antoni has a knack for simple but stylish meals, and most of the ingredients seem easy to find. The cookbook gives off a very trendy vibe, and it would compliment any stylish kitchen. I do have to wonder... why no dessert section? Overall a very beautiful cookbook, with easy to follow, elegant dishes.

I love this book so much. It is full of beautiful illustrations, clear instructions, and easy yet high end recipes. I really appreciated the author's background in regard to his recipe choices. I feel like this book will be a staple in my kitchen. My only complaint is that it is definitely not for those people on a restrictive diet.

Stunning photography and stylishly presented- a feast for the eyes! Thoughtful and well put together. Can’t wait to try Warm Kale and Chicken Salad, White Bean and Cauliflower Soup, Cheesy Polenta with Eggs, and the wonderful-looking sandwiches. YUM.

Let's Do Dinner by Antoni Porowski is a wonderful cookbook filled with lovely recipes and beautiful pictures. It makes me excited to try out new things.

Poor Antoni gets a bad rap on "Queer Eye" because people think his recipes are too simplistic. But what can you do with a clueless person who doesn't know how to cook? You make things simple, of course! This book is supposed to be simple recipes for weeknight dinners. And for the most part, the techniques are pretty easy. However, some of the spices and ingredients are not what I would call weeknight fare. If you live close to a gourmet grocery, then you'll be fine. Or if you just keep a really well-stocked pantry, then every recipe will be easy. But for the average person, goat cheese is not only not in their fridge, but it is too expensive. SOme of these are more like dinner party recipes. And while I still enjoyed the book, I think they missed the mark a bit on what most people can reasonably cook on a weeknight.

This is a great cookbook! It made me highly nostalgic for dinners at home and brunches out with friends. The images are beautiful, and I enjoyed reading Antoni's notes on the recipes. There's also a really fun spread in the beginning with 10 of Anotini's favorite recipes in the book so that readers aren't overwhelmed and have a good place to begin.

I made the Smoked Trout Niçoise salad, and it was DELICIOUS. I'd never thought of using smoked trout in a Niçoise salad, and now it might be my ideal! The Chili-Roasted Winter Squash with Lentils, Lime, and Arugula is also delicious.

For usability, when making the salad, I would have preferred a clearer designation in the instructions for when I'm shifting to the dressing (adding "For the dressing," at the start of the paragraph).

I'm so excited to have this cookbook and look forward to trying more recipes and buying a copy for myself when it is released in September. Thank you to Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and Netgalley for providing me with the digital copy to review!

This cookbook was phenomenal! I tried a few different recipes, but I loved the chicken with grapes and red onion dish. I also loved the zucchini "fries" recipe. I have not gone through Antoni's first cookbook, but I loved how the dinner recipes in this book were easy to follow and ingredients accessible to find. Whether it is a romantic dinner for two or a casual night in, I enjoyed that there were different themes for dinner. I would highly recommend this book - celebrity chef or not.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC e-book. There is a charm about Antoni’s approach to each meal. Antoni’s recipes are creative yet simple. Most the recipes have ingredients that I usually keep in my house or have in some variation for dinner frequently but enhanced. There are also some recipes that I would have never thought to combine those ingredients but somehow they work magically. This book covers everything from salads, eggs, chicken, seafood, and more. There is a substantial amount of recipes to keep you busy for quite some time.

The meal photos and layout of the book are also quite stunning. This would also make a beautiful coffee table book but make sure you try some of the recipes!

Incredibly handsome cookbook! Antoni’s Let’s do dinner makes you want to fly to NY just to do that! I’d buy the book for the Carb Coma’s section alone!

What did I like? I’ll be honest, never seen the television series Antoni stars in... but he makes a mean recipe book! I bookmarked so many recipes and they do look like a healthier fare. I loved the format of the book, and loved the pictures!

Would I recommend or buy? I’d love a copy! It’s going on my wishlist! I’d recommend to anyone with a pulse since it’s a gorgeous book! Five huge stars!

I received a complimentary copy to read and voluntarily left a review!

This cookbook is wonderful!

I loved Antoni’s other cookbook so I had to check this out. He did it again. I loved how easy the directions are to follow, the mouth watering photos (and there’s tons of photos!) and layout/organization. For anyone who loves cooking or is looking for a cookbook, definitely check this out. Now the recipes itself are all wonderful and creative. They remind me of dishes you get at restaurants but you just didn’t know how to duplicate them. But now with his cookbook you can make those dishes. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for new dishes.

A cute cookbook that uses simple pantry ingredients and turns them into interesting, highly cookable recipes. I loved seeing pictures of Antoni’s apartment and friends. Only thing missing is a dessert section!

This is a beautiful cookbook by Antoni Porowski from Queer Eye. The photography by Paul Brissman is wonderful, bright and fresh, with each dish carefully arranged and photographed so it looks seriously appealing and delicious. There are lots of great ideas here with a section on dinner salads and main dishes including 'Coconut Cauliflower Korma', 'Baked Cheesy Mac and Broccoli' and 'The Best Damn Nachos.' In a time when restaurants have been closed and many of us have been looking to be inspired by alternative dishes to try cooking from scratch, 'Antoni: Let's Do Dinner' couldn't come at a better time. I will definitely be ordering a hard copy and thank you NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for the ARC.

This is an amazing book! I absolutely loved every second of this cook book— I am a college student and there is a wide enough variety of recipes that even I know I have the skills and can get the ingredients to make many of these recipes! I am very excited to try out the recipes in the book, the pictures that fill the pages look divine and all of Antoni's description make everything that much better! I love being able to hear Antoni's voice in the pages. It is so clear that these recipes come from the heart and having such a kind and familiar voice encourage you on through the pages is awesome and makes this cook book so fun. I love how the recipes are intertwined with teh perfect amount of photos and stories from Antoni. This cookbook is truly a hit and definitely a must have for anyone who loves to cook!

I'm a sucker for cookbooks, I could spend hours flipping through the pages reading the stories and circumstances that a chef has gone through to come up with a mouth-watering dish. I love Queer Eye and knew I had to get my hands on this when I read that Antoni Porowski was doing a book based on weeknight meals.

The pandemic has taken me from flipping through the pages of a cookbook, to desperately trying to create new dishes that my family will enjoy. The last thing I want to be doing is preparing a meal with so many ingredients that I miss the whole point of cooking the meal, it is to enjoy it with my family. This is where Let's Do Dinner has provided me with a guide to make creative culinary creations without feeling overwhelmed!

I highly recommend this cookbook and plan on purchasing a hard copy upon release! Thank you to NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for this ARC.

What a fantastic cookbook! So visually engaging with a diverse range of recipes from fancy and upscale to easy and comforting. I can't wait to try to cook them all!

Antoni does it again! I love how accessible all of these recipes are. There was even a great 10 recipe list of quick, but indulgent meals that could be whipped up for oneself or company in no time.

I loved the formatting, the warm and inviting photos of the food, and the punny chapter titles.

This is a must read for any fan of Queer Eye and Antoni.
