I love Antoni so I was excited to read this book. Although some of the recipes are a little complicated, I will be purchasing this book in a physical copy. The meals I tried I enjoyed.

Wonderful cookbook. The illustrations are always the first thing I notice with a cookbook, then the ingredients, then the time involved in making the recipes. I'm not interested in cookbooks where I have no idea what the dish is "suppose to" look like. This one has BEAUTIFUL photos.

I'm not interested in a cookbook that requires a bazillion ingredients that require me to special order from a market online and spend crazy amounts of money for an herb. This book has wonderfully blended ingredients and quality items but nothing I can't pronounce or find.

I highly recommend grabbing this one and learning new tricks.

This is another great cookbook from Antoni. If you enjoyed his first book, you’re sure to enjoy this one which is jam packed with scrumptious and drool worthy recipes. Some surprise celebrities grace the pages too. Even as a vegetarian, I found many recipes I look forward to making!

Wow wow wow. This is gorgeous! First off, Antoni is drool worthy alone. Then you add on theses incredible recipes?! I will definitely be buying this for numerous friends who both love to cook and just love Antoni!

I love Antoni and completely fell in love with his first cookbook, 'Antoni in the Kitchen'. I was so excited to come across his second cookbook on NetGalley and thank you to the publisher as well for this advanced copy. I love how he kicks off the cookbook with 10 fast favorites. I think many people are intimidated to cook from cookbooks as they think everything takes hours to prepare! Antoni shows you that cooking is totally approachable and doesn't have to be complicated. His dishes and recipes are elegant, fresh, and healthy. I've already made Ben's Rigatoni Alla Vodka with Chicken and it's simply divine. This is the perfect gift for any foodie in your life!

Well organized and beautifully photographed cookbook.
Antoni Porowki's , of Queer Eye fame, second cookbook presents dishes he would serve for himself through out the week.
Lots of variety of ingredients with vegetarian/vegan options.
Most recipes are simply prepared with a few that are a bit more adventurous.

A solid cookbook from Mr. Antoni.

Beautiful photography and clear directions. These are my 2 must haves in any cookbook. This book hits both! Easy to follow and ingredients that are easy to find, but combined take simple recipes and elevate them for everyday or when we can finally have dinner parties again. The Chicken and Bean Burritos with spicy pineapple slaw- amazing!!!

A lovely vibrant cookbook with pictures that make you want to cook every single dish! The recipes are not too daunting and there’s a really good mix of dishes to choose from. I’d definitely like the hard back version of this in my kitchen!

A big thank-you to NetGalley, the author, and publisher for giving me a copy of this book for an unbiased review.

4/5 - Really liked it.

Allow me to be honest. I hate cooking. I love QueerEye, I love Antoni, but I hate cooking. When I got an ARC of this book I squealed with delight and my boyfriend looked over at me, confused.

“The only thing you’ve ever made on our stove,” the designated cook in our family said, “is a candle.”

It’s true.

That being said, this book got me excited to try cooking! I love that there are recipes from around the world, as well as traditional recipes with an unorthodox twist. Also, having never read another cookbook before, I admit I have little reference... but there were SO many recipes. Plus, there is Antoni’s laid back writing and wonderful sense of humor, which makes these rather daunting dishes sound like a fun adventure. Like, sure, let me make this thing I can’t pronounce, despite having no idea of how to turn my burner on. (Is it even called a burner?)

I only have two reasons my rating isn’t higher - it’s very U.S. centric in terms of what ingredients are available, even referring to Trader Joe’s sometimes. I love Trader Joe’s but it’s not globally available. Also, I have no clue how to get some of the ingredients - I do admit Antoni does a great job of providing tips for the harder to get items, or substituting them - but still, there are a few I am befuddled by.

Overall, a very worthwhile read and a recommended purchase - I think this especially would make a great gift!

I absolutely love Antoni. I was gifted his first book last Christmas and was so excited to get my hands on an early copy of this new release of his. I am always excited to try his recipes and so many of them are so easy with ingredients that are not too crazy or hard to come by.

This is a fun cookbook! As a fan of Antoni and Queer Eye, I was eager to see what he brought to the table (figuratively speaking). This cookbook is enjoyable and it feels like a good starter cookbook for someone who is young or newer to food. Some of the recipes are twists on standard fare, but others are more interested. I'd recommend!

I didn’t think I was a super picky eater anymore...until I read this cookbook. I love Antoni but I basically wouldn’t make any of the recipes in it. However, I am very excited to try the sheet pan chicken with rosemary and grapes! Thanks so much to NetGalley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for the free copy in exchange for my honest review.

I opened this cookbook with no expectations and I was blown away. Just one read through and I had so many recipes saved to try. I've only made two so far: the Vietnamese patties and the avgolemono soup, both of which were delicious and make me excited for more.
I love how much Antoni included the Eastern European food he grew up with. Polish cuisine is not "hip"-- what I mean is that you don't see it alongside Vietnamese- or Mexican-inspired dishes that are the staples of other celebrity cookbooks. Here, though, it didn't feel out of place. Quite the opposite-- Antoni made Polish food accessible and at home in my meal rotation.
I'll admit, I rarely buy cookbooks for myself; I'll sooner try them at the library or through Netgalley. This is one of the few that I can't wait to get for myself. When September comes, run, don't walk, to try this book!

Like most others, I was first exposed to Antoni while watching the absolutely wonderful show Queer Eye. His easy demeanor, humor and ability to turn a meal into something that goes far past merely being food, immediately made him a favorite.

I was absolutely thrilled to have the option to read through his new cookbook Antoni: Let’s Do Dinner, which is filled with recipes perfect for any occasion, whether it be a simple dinner at home or a meal to be celebrated with others. It’s a cookbook that I think could truly be used by either someone who is brand new to cooking, or to an experienced home cook. No matter what, there is something for everyone!

I am fairly certain that Antoni can do no wrong. I LOVE this cookbook, reading his personality through the pages and the stunning photography. Just like his first cookbook, this recipes look so good and I cannot wait to try them out!

I shouldn't have been surprised at this book being as wonderful as it is. Coming from someone like Antoni, it's no wonder. There isn't a recipe in here that I don't want to try. Some of them I have, and they're as delicious as they sound. His personality, that I see on TV, shines through in his cookbook as well and that's what really makes it.

Here is the thing: I’m love to cook but I am horrible at following recipes to the T.
I don’t like something? Eliminate it or find a substitution. I can’t find it? Google and see if something else comes close.

When I received the ARC for Antoni’s new cookbook, I could hardly narrow down which of his recipes I wanted to try. While reading through them, my mouth watered and so I picked one that I would be able to find all ingredients easily at my local grocery store.

My plan was to make the Mexican stuffed poblanos. What I ended up making were Mexican stuffed banana peppers. I hope Antoni forgives me.

I also omitted the raisins (it’s a texture issue for me) and I forgot to read the part where I am only supposed to fold in half of the cheese and top the baked peppers with it after. (Also, I will never in my life be able to read the sentence “fold in the cheese” again without “having to” recite the whole Shitt’s Creek scene. My husband was just a little concerned.)

Nonetheless I have to say the recipe turned out phenomenal. If all of the meals are this delicious (which they probably are – I mean we are talking about Antoni here!) then you better run, not walk and get the cookbook once it hits shelves on September 14th.

My humble attempt at the Poblano stuffed peppers
Stunning pictures, tasty recipes, what more can one want? You can advance order the book here.

Anyways, happy cooking!

Definitely excited to try out so many of these recipes! The recipes in this new cookbook make me want to branch and try new things because everything looks delicious. So many great dishes to use when hosting guests (post-pandemic, of course). Can’t wait to get cooking!

Thank you to Net Galley and Houghton Mifflin Harcourt for this eARC in exchange for my honest review.
