Brandon has done it again. He has brought a book that covers current topics that people either avoid discussing or discuss without the facts. In this next volume he addresses topics such as Islam, heaven, hell & purgatory, faith and science.

He follows the same format as his first volume. Explains the topic, what the Catholic Church doctrine is on the subject, presents most common arguments and how to respond. There are questions at the end as well as other sources on the topic. A plus is, you can jump around in the book, you don't have to read cover to cover.

Brandon presents the material in an easy to understand manner. It isn't in simplistic; but doesn't go into an overly academic mode where it could alienate readers. As always, Vogt is compassionate, intelligent and reasonable. Another winner!

Sadly I regret downloading this book. It has rather extreem views so as such is not really helpful unless you are someone with strict religious beliefs. I have a strong Christian faith but cannot endorse the ideas shared here.

As a Christian I’m very ashamed of this book, do not recommend! It’s just entitlement after entitlement!
