This book was so thought-provoking. It made me look at the women in the bible a different way, especially Eve. I enjoyed reading, and liked the Working It Through sections.

I must say this first off, THIS BOOK IS A MUST READ! I am so amazed at how Sarah Jakes Roberts brings forth this revelation from God in such a powerful way. This book has caused me to really internally reflect and grow in such a way that I know the words are a God-send. This book is very well written and Sarah Jakes Roberts connects with readers on a very personal level. I am so thankful to God for all He is doing through Sarah Jakes Roberts and helping women to evolve.

When I received an advanced copy of this book, I assumed that I would read it in one weekend, at most. That was not so. It's been a journey of reflection, journaling, laughing, ugly cry, peaceful sleep, and big huge relief. I met myself along the journey of this book, and I am amazingly beautiful.

Sarah Jakes Roberts takes the center stage on vulnerability and sharing, the book takes the reader on the journey with Eve...yes garden of Eden, first woman, tempted by the serpent Eve...that one, she of the treebof knowledge, you are cursed Eve...yes her. The one who ate the apple.
Sarah not only paints Eve as strong woman, she shows us that Eve had the strength, courage and the foresight to "course correct" and evolve to being one of the most significant game changers and disrupters in the Bible.

Written with compassion for those regarded as "fallen", Sarah took me on this journey of self forgiveness, self compassion and the realisation that we all falter, what matters is the come back.

I truly enjoyed seeing a different perspective of this classic Bible story and how it applies to real modern life through this book; for the first time in my journey as a Christian, I didn't feel judged, demeaned nor preached at.

Sarah shares her story, whilst walking us through Eve's story and through the pages, I became Eve and Sarah my sister. I have grown to SEEING myself as significant.

There is healing to be found in every chapter of this book. Grateful to have encountered it and highly recommend it to anyone who has been on a journery to be better, do better and to arrive at a place where they love themselves just as they are and give themselves permission to receive GOODNESS. It's an amazing ride...LET'S GO!

I thoroughly enjoyed reading Woman Evolve: I did not think it would assist me at this stage in life, but it did. Sarah Jakes Roberts reveals in a deeply personal way how we as women go though things and that even though we did we can make our way out of it into something more, bigger, and better than we ever dreamed.

This book is one of those very few books that is actually a life changer. I love to read but rarely get the chance these days so I put off buying any more books because I have so many half read - however, this one I HAD to get and I couldn’t put it down.
Sarah’s words are so easy to read and she’s so down to earth which really comes through in her writing. It lets you look at life from a different angle to your own and digs really deep into what’s holding us back so that we can EVOLVE into our true place in God’s kingdom.

Amazing! Phenomenal! Much needed and all the other words that you can use to describe a piece of work that really connects to the spirit! I read this book in three (3) days as I recover from emergency open heart surgery and from this book I can see that God has opened my heart literally and figuratively. Never before has someone laid out that being who we are in Christ comes with its fair share of difficulties and successes. To me, as I read, all I could think was "reframe the circumstance. It looks bleak now but won't be that way forever." I've pondered over the words and Eve's story and just thank God for a second chance at life; a second chance at love beginning with myself and understanding that being cracked open is our only way of getting to our highest calling!

This book has been phenomenal. It has confirmed some things that I have experienced as a woman. Reading this book has uplifted my spirit and helped me to grow my faith in God and my faith in myself. Reading Woman Evolve feels like I am talking with my best friend about her life experiences, The journaling prompts at the end of each chapter are like I am sharing my experiences with my best friend, the author.

Reading this book is equivalent to chatting with your best girlfriend who offers you incredible and godly wisdom while holding space for you to reflect and learn about yourself. Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts truly helps us to dig into the Eve within ourselves so we can forgive her, be compassionate towards her (and ultimately ourselves) and evolve into the women God created us to be!
