An interesting book. I, myself, am allergic to leafy green mentioned here...but my husband enjoys it. I passed it on to him and he really liked it.

I wasn't sure what to expect here, because cannabis and mindfulness aren't generally said in the same sentence. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised, and to change how you look at cannabis. Even proponents of cannabis tend to have been socialized through media to think of it as a recreational/illicit substance, rather than its use as a spiritual medium for inner reflection. It's nice to see that change in perception, and this book is a great guide for how to make that change in your own use and broaden your horizon.

Quick easy read with many helpful information and tips. Teachings about energy, stones, essential oils and natural sounds. It provides meditations related to moon phases, elements and chakras.
Not your typical meditation book.

420 Meditations is almost 300 pages jam packed with super helpful meditations organized into chapters as follows:

Chapter 1: 366 Daily Meditations
Chapter 2: Lunar Meditations
Chapter 3: Solar Meditations
Chapter 4: Sabbats Meditations
Chapter 5: Elemental Meditations
Chapter 6: Aura and Chakra Meditations

There is quite literally a mediation for everyday of the year, holidays, and for anything that is bothering you.

I enjoy the use of different props such as of course the main theme marijuana, rocks & minerals, music, essential oils, food, other herbs, and more!

There are included questions with the meditations, which can also be used a journaling prompts. I found these especially helpful in the daily meditations.

This book was so much fun and just jam packed with lots of resources and mediations. Definitely a great resource for anyone looking to change up their meditation game or looking to expand their practice.

RATING: 5/5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks to Netgalley, publisher and author for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Does your cannabis use seem mindless, out of habit, or just becoming routine without really taking the time to be mindful and fully experience the encounters? Sometimes it just takes a little guidance to take your high to the fullest, most mindful experience. 420 Meditations and Kerri Conner, in particular, help you enhance the spiritual journey with cannabis. There are several prompts for contemplation and self-reflection, including chants, mantras, and breath work to bring everything together. This book is great for daily use (if that’s your thing) as it provides daily prompts for users. My only “dislike” about this book is the added use of essential oils and crystals in some of the daily prompts. Neither of those are my thing so they don’t resonate well with me, but if that’s your thing, I can see them adding to the mindfulness with cannabis use.
