This is a cute story. The birds are all getting ready for a race. The wolf who wears underwear goes unto the woods to find out who beat up the guards. It's a little bird that one wing didn't develop; he can't fly.

Lerner Publishing and Net Galley let me read this book for review (thank you). It will be published on March 2nd.

The bird is really depressed but the wolf comes up with an idea. He takes the bird to where the race was started, pulls the banner back like a slingshot and flings him in the air.

The bird loves it! He can try all those things other birds do in the air. It gets him close to the finish line, too. Will he win the race?

In this book someone is graffitiing the posters of the great flying race. It is called the wolf that discovers the little pesky.
A very cute book with a good message.

A wolf in underpants is certainly not a usual occurrence, but this is a cute story. The wolf in question lives in a forest with a lot of other creatures. In this story, he is called upon to discover who is defacing the posters about an upcoming flight race. When he discovers the culprit he is able to encourage the culprit to reach for his dreams despite limitations. Nice message, and young children will love that he's wearing underpants!

This book reminded me of all of my favorite books growing up! The humor is so charming, the story is exciting, and the art style fits the story so well. I was giggling at all the little quotes and silly moments throughout, and genuinely interested in the story. The message was so touching and wonderful for any kid to hear.

Everyone (most importantly ... Wolf in Underpants) is back in this story about teamwork and working through your feelings! Someone has been vandalizing preparations for a community race, and Wolf comes to the rescue to solve the mystery and help a friend in need. Realistic and fresh portrayal of feelings make this a must read. I wish I could have a real "Wolf" come to my side!

Maybe because I haven't read earlier books about the wolf, or maybe I'm just too old. I have a feeling this will strike the funny bone of many young readers, but I didn't find it that enjoyable. Still, if you have a reader who will laugh at anything in underpants, give it a try.
Review based on an ARC received through NetGalley.

My son helped choose this one, we are at the stage that potty talk his funny to him ( he's 3) . There's a lot going on in this book, and he lost interest quick, great illustration though.

This graphic novel contains humor, but that kinda is all that appeals in this story.
The book itself is a bit to much, where it goes about the illustrations.
And where part of the illustrations are beautifull and in no doubt apealing to younger readers.
At the same time it misses a bit of story, that makes it a bit boring.
The only uprise is there when you finish the story and find that in a surprise, this book isn't really about being different and making your dreames come true. It's also about being aple to change your dreams in the end.

There's excitement in the forest today. It's race day! But there is also a mystery looming. Someone has defaced all the posters advertising the event. Who could be the culprit? The animals unanimously conscript Wolf to investigate the crime.

After using all his sleuthing skills he discovers a tiny chickadee is the villain of this heinous act. He questions the motive and learns that the little bird is seeking revenge. One of his wings is deformed which hinders his ability to fly so he cannot join in the fun and excitement of the big day with the others. With a compassionate heart Wolf hatches a plan to lead that minute chickadee not only to register in the race but to WIN it! Could Wolf's trademark underwear have any part in that victory?

This delightful tale will have kids giggling. It is Book 3 of 3 in "The Wolf in Underpants" series. The graphic novel format is full of detail, action and emotion. The illustrations are fantastic and the life lesson of successfully finding common ground is positive and much needed in today's world. I highly, highly recommend this fun book.

Silly wolf in underpants helps his hurt bird friend. Together they work on problem solving so they can do the race.

I received an electronic ARC from Lerner Publishing Group through NetGalley.
The Wolf is back and called on to help the rest of the forest family when someone is damaging the posters for their annual race. Wolf agrees to figure out who is doing this and solve the problem. He finds a bird that can't race due to an undeveloped wing. Wolf sees through the anger to the underlying concern and helps the bird fly. Humor weaves through this story to the very last page. The deeper message also comes through for more advanced readers.
Brightly colored illustrations make readers feel they are part of the action as well. Readers can feel the power and speed when Wolf releases the slingshot he made from his underwear. Don't miss the aside comments throughout the pages.

A wee chickadee has a beef about a race in the forest, and takes issue with the advertising posters. Helped by the eponymous wolf in underpants, new found friendships flourish when the forest critters discovers that it is about how you finish the race, not when. Great graphic art illos and well paced humor.

This book was really cute. A grumpy and bad chickadee is helped by a wolf in underpants. What's not to love?

Another great addition to the Wolf in Underpants series. After a mystery creature has vandalized all the posters for the big race and the badger's come back from a confrontation in bad shape, the Wolf in Underpants is sent in to help. He finds a smaller than expected threat with a big attitude. Lucky for this creature, the wolf knows how to listen and understands how to help, with a little help from his underwear! All works out in the end, if you believe in your underpants!

A silly but fun take on building self-esteem, The Wolf in Underpants at Full Speed is a cartoon take on a classic theme. A colorful and short read for those who are interested in comic books for younger readers.

We love the Wolf in Underpants books! The illustrations are fantastic, I'm always seeing new things each time we read one of them. The stories are fun, too, because who doesn't love seeing a wolf walk around in striped underwear?

This book is a great addition to the series, showing us that sometimes all we need to do to help someone is listen to what's going on, and lend a little helping hand. Wolf finds and angry little chickadee trying to sabotage the yearly race, and it turns out that all he wants to do is participate! He has a wing that makes it difficult to fly, so Wolf finds a wonderful solution, and together and and Chickadee figure out that sometimes, just being there is all the fun.

It's a great book! My kids and I loved it.

While this story wasn’t for me, my 4 year-old, or my 10 year-old, I can imagine young readers will like the wolf’s silliness and maybe relate with the angry chickadee. Lovely artwork!
