Custom made is the second book in the Fast and Fury series. It focuses on a custom motorbike garage. In this book, we have Cam, the female bike designer. She's also a mechanic, but these days spends most of her time working on the look of the bikes as she's a good artist. She hasn't been very lucky in love, having been burnt by her abusive ex-boyfriend. More recently, she's had a relationship with a woman, who died and since then she's really been existing rather than living.
On a night out, she hooks up with a man called Ben and has an amazing time. Only to find out a few days later that he's actually called Orion and is coming to her place of work to buy three custom-designed bikes.
There's quite a bit for Cam and Orion to work through before they can fully be together. With ghosts from both of their pasts coming to throw spanners in the works as far as their happiness is concerned.
I liked Cam and Orion, both as themselves and as part of a couple and I enjoyed reading their story.
This was another good instalment in the Fast and Fury series. I wonder if there's more to come yet?
I received a complimentary copy of this book through NetGalley. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

Custom Made is the second book in the Fast and Fury Series and follows the story of Cam and Orion. Cam and Orion’s story was fun, entertaining, and kept me intrigued the entire time.

I couldn’t help but be intrigued by Cam when her character was first introduced. She made some bad decisions and paid the price for them. Now she just wants to put the past behind her and turn her life around. Meeting Orion was the last thing she expected. Orion is everything she should be staying away from. He’s sexy, powerful, and dangerous. Try as she might, she can’t fight the pull she feels towards Orion. Will Cam get that second chance she so desperately is seeking or will her past sneak up on her and destroy everything? There’s just one way to find out…

Custom Made was a fun book to spend my day getting lost in. Cam is an extremely talented artist who’s worked hard to put her past behind her. Her past has made her kind of jaded, but in spite of all of that, she still believes in love and family. Orion is everything she should stay away from, but just can’t. He’s sexy, determined, and isn’t afraid of going after what he wants. I loved that Cam didn’t give in to Orion immediately. She made him work for her affections and prove to her that he wants more than just a good time. Were these characters perfect? Absolutely not! I think that’s what drew me to them. They were flawed and easy to connect to. They had issues to overcome and while communicating didn’t always come easy, neither one of them was willing to give up without a fight.

Overall, I thought this was a really entertaining read. I enjoyed the drama and friendships. I loved the romance and good times. I loved the closeness of the MC and how they looked out for everyone. All in all, I had a great time getting swept up in this story and can’t wait to see where this series will take readers next!

This story is Custom Made for them😍

Cam’s story is the one I’ve been super excited to get stuck into reading and Ms Fernando is a genuine suspenseful story teller and she certainly kept me on my toes and riveted to the pages❣️

Cam works at Fast & Fury doing mechanical work and custom designs on bikes🏍 When Trade brings in some new clients, she’s surprised to discover its with the man she’s just had a one night stand with😱 This story is fast paced and has so many smaller stories within the story that I loved every minute of it. A not to be missed addition to this new series😁 I received an advanced copy via Netgalley and voluntarily leave my honest review❤️

ARC received for review

Cameron's turn for a HEA. I wasn't so sure about her, but in the end she won me over. She's lived through lots of stuff, but is willing to give love another try. Orion doesn't start off on the right foot with her, but he wins her over. They are hot in bed and out of it. When out of it, there's a whole LOT of talking both with each other and in her head. Her ex is a piece of work, and her mom is ridiculous. The part with her mom I just didn't get why Ms. Fernando had to do that in the end. I could have done without it.

Now can Chains be next

I'll start with - I enjoyed the story.

However, some things seemed thrown in for shock value or just something different. Like with the last Fast and Fury story, lots of detail was told to the reader at the beginning. I haven't read any other series by this author, but she is definitely trying to keep those characters in this one.

Cam intrigued me when we were first introduced to her in the previous book and getting to know more about her in her own story made me like her even more. I loved that she stood up for herself and made Orion work for her attention after they didn't have the best meeting. She made me smile more times than I could count and when she was with Orion I couldn't help but swoon. They were just perfect together and someone really cute without even meaning to be.

Orion was also a really fun character to get to know and he definitely worked well with Cam. He didn't let her push him away even when things got tough. They butt heads a lot but it led to some amazing dialogue that captivated me. Every scene they were together had me gripping my Kindle and smiling like a loon and it was the best feeling.

Overall, this was a great addition to this series and it has me dying for more already.

I really like this series so far. Cam and Orion managed to get past a bit of deceitful first meeting, only to find themselves face to face with the truth of “Ben” between them. Somehow, Orion repairs that first crack in Cam’s trust to win her over. But Cam has learned that nothing can ever come easy in her life, so when her ex comes back into her life via her new man, she’s got to decide if she can truly trust Orion to have her back when it really counts.

I loved that Cam wasn’t one to just roll over when betrayed or lied to and she definitely knew how to hold Orion’s feet to the fire when he misstepped. And since he’s a man who values family and love, he makes a few big mistakes. But he isn’t one to just slink away or give up either, so he and Cam fight their way to absolute faith and find that it makes love so much sweeter when all of their secrets are out in the open.

I’ll be interested to see who finds their match next in this series. I have a feeling it’ll be another story that I can’t put down until the very last page.

Overall, I greatly enjoyed this story.
Talk about a 180 for Orion though... a little unrealistic for me. His family was THE BEST! I’m (not so) secretly hoping his sisters get their stories written one day. I would definitely read them.

These two meet at a club, have a one night stand and then realize they have to work together. Yikes!

This was an excellent addition to the Fast & Fury series. It features Cameron Davies who tragically lost her girlfriend in Custom Built. Cameron designs custom motorcycles at Fast & Fury and she absolutely loves her job. There is no way that she is going to allow anything or anyone to screw her life up now. In the past she went to prison because she got in with the wrong crowd, she lost her mother and she is not willing to give up anything else.
Then she decides to have a one-night stand who ends up being the shop’s new VIP client. Orion “Ben” Stenton is a huge player in the city and a client that they really want. Unfortunately, with Orion comes some danger to Cam and the life she has come to love. They have a connection that goes way past one night and Cam is willing to fight for what she wants.
I really enjoyed this book. It took me through a roller coaster ride of emotions and I might have become a little teary eyed at one point, so for me that is a sign of a well written book. The author truly made me feel emotionally towards her characters. I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy Kristen Ashley’s Chaos series and Lani Lynn Vale’s Bear Bottom Guardian’s MC series.
I was provided an ARC of this title by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
