This is a clean second chance romance, and this is the 5th book in the Heroes of Shelter Creek series. I have to say I loved this book from the first page. The two main characters where so fun and cute, and I loved following them. This book was everything I needed this week. I love a cute cowboy romance. I storyline was good. It was a short book that was a quick read. I was kindly provided an e-copy of this book by the publisher (Harlequin Heartwarming) or author (Claire McEwen) via NetGalley, so I can give honest review about how I feel about this book. I want to send a big Thank you to them for that.

Sorry, I did not get to read this book due to the date clashing with my final weeks of thesis work. Looks interesting so I will keep an eye out for the book.

It’s characters are relatable and charming...you may just find yourself falling in love with them, and maybe even an animal or two.

I was happy to get this book because I really love this series.
Lots going on in this book and every bit so good that you can't put this story down until you are finished. I finished this in one day.
Wes and Emily are two of my favorite couples. I love their ups and downs in life and I love how Emily's mom gives the most wonderful advice about forgiveness and trust in a relationship. Parents are sometimes the most wiser because they've been through whatever circumstances that life may throw at them.
My .most favorite character is Fancy Face the horse. I love horses so she's a heroine in my book lol. I especially loved how Ms. Ross showed the how the horse was so much like a human with her feelings about being skittish and all.
Overall, it was a wonderful story. I hated to see the end of this book because there were some great scenes that were awesome.
I highly recommend.
