A dissection of Amazon as a business. Robin takes all angles to look at Amazon and provides a critical but also balanced view on the good and evil at Amazon. I think think Robin overdid it with his cross references, and the end notes in line with the chapter where a little strange. The 14 principles should be moved to content rather than endnotes. But all in all very informative and readable.
Could not find the listing on Goodreads, perhaps Amazon isn't a big fan of the book.
