This was a really fun, imaginative fantasy story. Mel is sick of being a kid when no one seems to listen. What happens if you wish to be a grown-up but there are consequences? That's exactly what happened to Otto and he needs Mel's help. We get to see Mel and Otto go on a journey to the Here & Now to demand malcape change Otto back to a child. With Mel being the "chosen one" it just might work! The art is really cool, with a simple color palette that works well. Mel doesn't always say the right things or make the right decisions, which makes this book more realistic. I really enjoyed this magical adventure.
