Sophie is a twice jilted debutante who rebels by being outrageous. She walks around unchaperoned, wears pants, and goes to gaming halls. Philip, a rake, thinks she’s marvelous. So much so he is willing to give up his wild ways if she will take a chance on love again. I found that Sophie was too wild to be believably tolerated by her parents and the ton. I also found Philip too eager to give up his long standing bachelor status. I received an ARC from NetGalley and Dragonblade Publishing for my honest review.
