Ania uses her experience in somatics to help the reader become more in tune with their baby. This book is very informative and includes many exercises and links to audio exercises as well. Much of it, I was already familiar with, but I still found it enjoyable and feel it would be especially relevant to a first time parent.

Well written book, on the whole it's really informative which is what any new mother will be wanting to read, though even experienced parents will find this of interest. The style and layout of the book coupled with a vibrant feel really helped me connect better with it, for books like this I usually like to hold so not sure I would buy it digitally as it's something I would like to have around the house physically.

Thanks to netgalley, the author and publishers for this free copy, in return for my review. All opinions are my own.

Very well written, a non-biased but informative book that is beyond helpful! The book is full of colour and would be perfect as a hard copy. No negatives from me.
