in the future I am going to pay more attention to the description, not just the genre, before I request a book!! I found the contents of Believe, hard to believe! Reading over and over about the grief of losing a spouse at th young age of 42 was tear necking at first but became tedious after several chapters. Following was a section of a failed "live in'" relationship and more grief after the breakup. However, when the author begins describing her dating, sexual discoveries, and exp!lots I closed the book and will not be over ending again. Again thanks to net galley, publisher and author for allowing to read and provide an honest review. This review based solely on my opinions.

Couldn’t put it down.

Wasn’t expecting much after receiving a review copy from NetGalley, but this book had me in tears. So heartfelt & authentic, you can’t help but fall in love with the author and her amazing journey. Thanks for giving us hope that true love and soulmates exist.

Lisa was living the all-American dream. Married to Keith, her high school sweetheart, born on the same day, soulmates at birth. But after Keith’s untimely death plunges the family into despair, a devastating betrayal sends Lisa spiralling into grief and depression.

This is a truly heartwarming story that is full of emotion and definitely not a light read. The author has been very kind to share her thoughts and feelings on such an emotional time and her writing style is second to none. Thank you for sharing this.

Believe! Is so much more than a great read. It is as much of a spiritual journey for the reader as it was for its author Lisa Nicks-Balthasar.
When Lisa’s life was marked by the untimely death of her spouse and soulmate Keith, she experienced an intense feeling of grief, loss, betrayal and loneliness. This weaving of despair triggered what would become a quest of self-discovery and a new awakening. Lisa’s strength and determination is paramount and shines through each page of this book. Her offering of hope and the power of believing is emotional, spiritual and life affirming.
