Like other reviewers, I had a hard time reading this book for review. It is basically 365 paragraphs of tips in various categories. Each starts with a quote by someone else and then has a paragraph about the topic and then ideas for action. Most of these are subjects we all know to work on and the advice is not new. I'm not sure you can properly work on any of these issues with one day or even a week and a paragraph of very basic advice. I'm also not sure that I would read a book like this one day at a time, especially as one run-on black-and-white text. Maybe it would work better as a page a day calendar or something?

I can see what the author was trying to do with this book, but trying to read it all at once in order to write this review made it feel like an overwhelming amount of information. There isn't much detail about any of the tips. I'd read most of the tips elsewhere, but I can see the value in having them all gathered together in one book.
