This is a very straight forward and easy to read book. I love all the different exercises and questions and can't wait to try some out.

Level Up tackles several areas in your life to leave you with answers and exercises to prepare for aspects of life that might stress you out. This includes confronting stress, embracing failure, and what habits can help you better manage emotions and stress.

This was straight forward, but I did enjoy that it gave you exercises to reflect and implement strategies instead of just giving advice. The writing was great, and the concept felt relevant and important.

Thank you to the publisher and to NetGalley for this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Very straight forward and to the point. Actionable steps to follow and lots of reflection questions/exercises to make the most of all the points in the book.

Level-Up is an easy to understand self-help book that dives into various areas of your life - setting good habits, confronting stress, embracing failure - that all together will make you more mentally tough. What sets it apart from other similar books is that instead of just blathering a bunch of random motivating stuff at you, it breaks down multiple exercises to do for each category
They're all fairly simple and straight forward exercises but when put together they can create big changes in your life.

My favorite chapter was about managing and reducing stress. Articles about living a better life often recommend to reduce stress, but never tell you how to do so.

A lot of the exercises involve questions to ask yourself that would make great journaling prompts.
