I am here is a beautifully written book from the heart of a woman who has experienced more than her fair share of heart break and pain only to turn her healing from heartaches and trauma into helpful and empowering healing tools for all women looking to reclaim their light and voice. through relatable and accessible self help and mental health tools and insights Ashley tells us about her own healing journey and how clarity mapping, therapy, body work, lifestyle changes and mantra work helped her find her way through her darkest of days and into her light. Ashley takes her story of unimaginable loss and heartbreak and shows all women that we have the power to heal and not only have a clear path forward but feel good about the work we have done to get where we want to be. I've followed Ashley on Instagram for many years now, I've listened to her speak on podcasts and I eagerly read her first book Born to Shine as soon as it was available. throughout it all, it has been a privilege to witness her healing and learning while she shares about it all honestly and from her heart with the word. Ashley is brave and strong and she shows women that they are too, this book can change your life and help you on your road to healing through any type of heart ache, loss, trauma, or betrayal. Her words apply to us all, and thay is her magical gift to us all. Grab a notebook and write down lots of notes while you read as Ashley takes us to heart healing school from the comfort of where ever we choose to read or listen to this wonderful book.

Piles of positivity and a breath of fresh air in the clarity landscape. Ashley Lemieux writes with a warm welcome, offering the best of what you'd want in a sit-down with a good friend. Her overcoming focus rings true, and she steers clear of cheerleader overly-effusive pressuring. It's a solid sense of belonging here, with the right pace to allow you to absorb her wonderful gems of insight without losing any along the way. I'll set this book aside and come back to it again and again.

Thank you to Netgalley and to the publisher for the arc of this book! I was immediately drawn to this novel when I saw the colorful cover and title "I Am Here". The objective of the book is to help women find their own moment of realization so they too can shout I AM HERE. Personally, I enjoy reading titles that will make me feel good and help me in the journey to achieving my best self, which made me even more excited to read this beautiful novel. There are so many lines of wisdom I will take away with me from reading this book but the idea that stands out the most is Clarity Mapping, " which helps uncover the larger answer to live a more meaningful life by answering five questions working together". Lemieux's writing helps women inspire themselves and implement strategies to live a more fulfilled life! I am so happy that I had a chance to read this and I know it is one I will come back to when I need that burst of inspiration! I know there are so many women out there who would find peace and solace in this novel and I can't wait to recommend it to them.

This is an absolutely moving and inspiring book by Ashley LeMieux. The book is divided into three sections; Part 1 Reframe Your thoughts' Part 2 Reimagine Your Future with Clarity Mapping, and Part 3 Reclaim Your Power. It is full of fantastic ideas and easy to implement strategies on how to live a more happy and fulfilling life. This is one I want to return to again and again. Many thanks to the author, publisher, and NetGalley for the advanced copy.

This book was received as an ARC from HarperOne in exchange for an honest review. Opinions and thoughts expressed in this review are completely my own.

This book could not have come at a better time. After going through a tough week, I needed a form a reassurance of my purpose and positivity and I Am Here provided the relief. I love how Ashley expressed her spirit throughout the book even when times got tough and I admire that very much. I have read Born to Shine a while back and I am familiar with Ashley's The Shine Project and what it represents and I could not be more relieved myself so I became a member. It's always to comforting to have a group of supportive women on your side and have you feel empowered no matter what. I know there are a lot of people in our library community that really would benefit from this book and I can not wait to recommend it to them.

We will consider adding this title to our Self-Help collection at our library. That is why we give this book 5 stars.
