Plenty of suspense and action here. What a roller coaster ride! Maybe a little unrealistic here and there, but hey, it’s fiction.

this was a great mystery novel, the plot was wonderful and the characters were really interesting and engaging. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book.

There is quite an audience for thrillers, but it narrows for financial thrillers. The author faces a challenge with this genre because financial details are thrilling only for a select few. The matter is complicated in Phantom Money by creating bad guys who are so cold as to have no likability. Even the good guys are not very likable, as they are greedy. At the 50% mark in the novel we arrive at Chapter 23, most of which was Greek to me. It details a plan beyond my comprehension.
All of that said, the writing is good. Thanks, NetGalley, for the ARC.

This is pretty entertaining. The author has written others books, and knows how to create a good story and characters. I stayed mostly engaged, and admire the author's imagination. The premise intrigued me, and it was executed pretty effectively.

This book is readable and entertaining, but there are logical flaws in the plot, and all the descriptions are a little tiresome, especially at the beginning. I like a better flow.
