"A strange woman was standing in front of the mirror, bathed in the intensity of the bathroom lights. Clumps of dark hair covered the bathroom floor. The sink was full of bloody water. A pair of scissors lay on the countertop. Dawn's fears shifted to repulsion. The strange woman was Isobel.”

And so, the mysteries start to compound in The Many: The Complete Trilogy. The book was hard to put down! The adults-only book is filled with suspense from the beginning through the ending. I often felt there was no way out for our main characters, but they would escape just to encounter another horror, culminating in the third book which you’ll have to read to find out what happens.

I recommend this book. 4 stars!

This is a trilogy collection featuring The Many, Ancestral, and The European School. It will certainly leave you with a creepy feeling about online dating as Karl and Dawn dig into their dating pasts to make sense of the murders of their family members. Part thrill, part horror, and part mystery, this trilogy is a well thought out novel with many twists and turns. The conspiracy and cult references made the book all the more interesting and added to the overall creepy-in-a-good-way feel of this story.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for providing me with the opportunity to read and review this book.

I thought this book had an interesting premise, but I had issues with both the writing and the content. The writing felt elementary and not sufficiently complex to keep me engaged. The plot had some overly gratuitous details and I couldn't finish it- something I rarely do, especially with a thriller. Sorry, this is a hard pass for me.

I loved how well this book(s) came along It grabbed me in from the beginning and released right at the end. I am not into a lot but this, this really captivated me from the beginning. I would not mind reading more from this author because he knew what he was doing and sating to captivate his audience.

"The Many Trilogy” By Nathan Field
(Contains the Complete Novels: “The Many,” “Ancestral,” and “The European School”)

Just Because You're Paranoid Doesn't Mean They're Not After You…

Meaty and intense, Nathan Field’s, “The Many” Trilogy, is a dark, brooding and deeply terrifying read that will haunt many dreams far after the last page.

Graphic assaults by conspiratorial, faceless antagonists are only the beginning of this creep-show psycho-fest. Gore-ridden and mind-taunting, this read is for those who persevere, as well as those with steely nerves.

It is three books merged into one lengthy tome heading for one unexpected “dynastic” conclusion. Meet the “The Stepford Wives” intersects “Rosemary's Baby” and “The Boys from Brazil”—a ruthless neo-Ira Levin ensemble long to be remembered in readers’ memories.

Excellent read! Thank you to the author and Netgalley for allowing me to read the full trilogy. Each book got better and better. This is considered horror/thriller. Dawn looses her Mom after a suspicious date and seeks revenge with the help of her friend, Karl. Theres so much more fo this original murder. Dating sites, faceless men, deep conspiracies, and travel. I loved this series!

I loved this trilogy!

I've been stuck in a reading rut and I just thought it was so much fun. Lots of twists and turns and interesting characters. I loved the fact the final part was set in the future (wasn't completely sold on Spotify and refs to Whatsapp but no matter) – this was an absolute breath of fresh air and cheered me up no end. Definitely 5 stars from me.

Yikes! This is an intense trilogy that won't be for everyone. But if you like plots that take you down dark rabbit holes so you never know what's around the corner then this book is for you! The writing was strong and I definitely felt what the characters felt. The plot is hard to explain but it involves a creepy secret organization and there is a historical twist, I won't say more than that. I'm still thinking about the sinister ending. It's not a cliffhanger because the mystery is solved but it does make you wonder what the school will look like in a few years time.

This series had an interesting premise but it fell flat for me. The world and character building was under developed and the writing was simplistic, but ultimately, uninteresting. There should have been more lead up to the sister's initial date so that we understood her character before she changed. It's hard to get on board that's something wrong with her when we don't even know who she was to start.

Overall, I didn't enjoy this much but I think there's an interesting idea here to work with.

This book was simply A.W.E.S.O.M.E
I would highly reccommend this to every one who is reading this, but I would strongly suggest that you are at least 15 or 16 because this book contains strong pscychological effect! also there are many pages where you will find content related to mental and physical abuse, like rapes, intense fighting scenes, etc
At first I just thought that I have jumped to totally different book having a different story, but soon I was able to "connect the dots" with lot of suspense and thrill. It just keeps you on the edge after every chapter that you can't resist the urge for reading further ahead!
The character design was remarkeble! I really liked the female lead, it showed how one day she was a common 18 yr old and soon she was fighting a WAR against people who had there hands all over the system. Okay, I won't be the person who is going to give you the spoilers, but trust me you gotta read this definately!
Many a time while reading I could imagine myself in the same situation and feel the dread of the moment. Karl proved to be a nice character, definately in the beginning I thought that it is story where the brother is going to take revenge for his sister but IT IS LOT MORE THAN THAT! if you are thinking like this then you have just covered 4-5% of the story's real plot!
Just one thing I was sad about was that the writer really made high benchmark up until the end of the the 3rd book, but man....why did you made it end like that? I mean there are many unanswered questions that are revolving in my head!
It's just my review for the book...I don't intend to spoil the mood regarding the end, may be others liked it but hey, it's just a review and we all have our opinions.
so just go ahead , read the book and you are definately going to love it!

Excellent conspiracy horror that just keeps twisting and going deeper. I love the way this was written...it really gets under your skin. The ending might be lost on readers who don't know their history but I thought it was mind-blowing. I would definitely recommend. Definitely a book I’ll be recommending ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was given a free copy from Netgalley for a review.

.......I was engrossed from page 1. I actually liked Karl's character. I did not like Stacy'much. I know the typical girl like Stacys character, bc I've been to high school lol. But mothers tell their daughters about the outside world. How terrible and untrustworthy it can be. She goes on a blind date with a Dr. She did tell her brother which was a plus. But you never go anywhere especially back to their place, with a guy you just met. This I found to be a standard stereotype of women like Stacy's character. Meaning the reader and author automatically plunged into that idea bc of reputation. You hear more about Stacy's reputation as the book goes on, from her brother. So she goes home with this guy she just met and online. She drinks wine that he went and got for her. I never drank anything a guy bought me unless I was there when it was made. Anyways. She does not remember a thing. Her bother starts to notice a change in her appearance and attitude and her whole demeanor. She nearly kills her Mother during a freakish blackout. So her brother gets her help at a psychiatrist. At first nothing is amist. But after putting her under hypnosis a dark form starts to sinister. And Karl gets more than he bargained for. Stacy remembers the worse. Been unconscious, waking up naked and taped to a chair. Men coming in the room. So what I interpret was a gang rape. And probably videotaped. Stacy comes too but its too late. She is just torn. Not going to go on to what happens.....you need to know it's sad, but truthful and is probably going on this very moment. Its. Scary. Then the story flips to Dawn and her mother isobel.

3* bc it kept my attention. But not enough for 4 or 5 *. Karl and Stacy's version did. But Dawn and Isobels I could not hold it down. I do think he wrote a great story. I feel he should have stayed with Karl and Stacy.

I was sent a copy of The Many in return for an honest review.

I've just finished reading this trilogy. I couldn't put it down - I had to keep on reading it. I wasn't keen on the very end, as one of the main characters wasn't dealt with as well as I would have liked, but even so, this book is highly recommended.

This is one of those stories that makes you feel weird and creepy, but it is a pretty good read. Three stories in one, so we are prepared for a long read. Karl and Dawn are two people connected by tragedies; Karl's sister goes on a mystery date, yet she is acting pretty weird when she comes back. Karl can not put his finger on it, but something is different. So when she goes to see a therapist, things go south from there. In comes Dawn, her mother goes on a mystery date and again, the same thing as Karl's sister, the weirdness hits. Just the fact that these two people went on dates and something happens feels creepy! We are left on a cliffhanger, and when you start the next book, it jumps right into it. Karl and Dawn end up going after the horrible cult that has infiltrated people's lives. The unknown person who is giving orders is very mysterious, and these two are determined to find them and stop them. They will do whatever it takes to end this cult. Now you may think this cult is just one of those regular old cults. That is not the case; this cult rapes women and kills those who stand in their way. Something major happens here. Yet, I won't go into details.
In our last part of the story, I can say I was going. OMG did not see that coming and was pretty impressed with how the author did that surprise. This last story explains everything and what was the reasoning behind this cult. I have to say again super impressed with this. If you like thrillers, as this was not horror, just a bit heavy with deaths, then pick it up. Mind blown is what you will feel, and remember, you can't trust everyone.

What a creepy, slowly revealed trilogy, I’m glad I got this as one book instead of three!! It starts with Karl being worried about his sister when she comes home from a first date. He can’t quite figure out what is wrong with her, but it’s definitely worrisome. And when he meets Dawn, her story about her mother is almost identical to his. They decide to work together to figure out what is going on. There are lots of twists as we uncover the story in little bits and pieces. They find out about the Many and are now on the hunt. By the third book, we are 14 years in the future, and we are introduced to the middle school from hell, The European School, where expectations are the ideal. In opposing viewpoints there is room for both good and evil – a good lesson in today’s political climate.
