Illustrations are on every other page; nicely done. Prose are just right for young children and promote healthy eating and living and playing.

Anxiety is a real problem that many people, especially kids, struggle with. The main character in this book is able to skier poof decide that he is no longer scared or anxious about things that previously bothered him. I do not feel that this book is realistic or relatable. I think it could hurt kids who feel like they are already struggling because they just can’t get over things like the character in the book
