This was informative, easy to follow and understand! I have been concerned about my husband’s sleep patterns and wanted to understand and some of the articles online are not quite written in layman’s terms.
This book is written in such a way that you not only understand about overall sleeping functions, but you then can have a better view of which stage someone is in when they are not sleeping as well.

I am definitely purchasing this book for my husband to understand because my son has sleep apnea and is on a machine, but I want my spouse to go into the doctor forearmed with knowledge that he will need to get the proper treatment.
