I listened to the audio of YES & I LOVE YOU and it was a fantastic listen.
Top 5 things I enjoyed about this story:
1. Miss Poppy's columns had great references to movies of each genre talked about and I want to go back and use these lists for "rainy day" watches
2. Hollyn is willing to feel discomfort *to a point* to step out of her shell.
3. Jasper gave me the feeling that he was willing to work for his craft and learn from past mistakes
4. Andi - I NEED TO READ/LISTEN TO HER BOOK
5. Told in 3rd person POV, the narrator did a terrific job of distinguishing between characters without using a falsetto or deep baritone to switch perspectives.
I will be reading more of this author's work and I recommend this story.

Wow. Wow. Wow. I just spent the past 6 hours *devouring* this audiobook. I loooove “Yes & I Love You." It’s super charming, witty, sexy and addicting. Brava to the author, Roni Loren, for a terrific story and cast of characters. And hats off to Desiree Ketchum who totally nailed the narration of the darling duo: Hollyn and Jasper. Ketchum is a fantastic actress with a contagious energy. Plus, she had fantastic timing when it came to delivering Loren’s hilarious dialogue. And whoa nelly, she read some sooooper steamy scenes! Yowza. While I’m not typically one to read much in the romance genre, this one is a keeper. I don’t think I’ve been this happy since reading “Happy Ever After Playlist” last summer.
Thank you so much Dreamscape Media for the advanced listener copy, via NetGalley. I'm grateful to give you my honest feedback. Five fun and steamy stars!

Loved this sensitive yet STEAMY open-door romance between Hollyn and Jasper set in New Orleans. Roni Loren was a new to me author and I’m very excited for her next book in this series later in the summer featuring Andi. Loren sensitively explores what living with social anxiety and Tourettes is like through the characters of Hollyn and her ex-boyfriend/best friend Cam. I really enjoyed that aspect of the story. Jasper is an improv actor trying to make things happen and the sweetest love interest and Hollyn is an online reviewer. I found this book to be very much a cross between The roommate and The kiss quotient. Highly recommend for fans of Rosie Danan, Helen Hoang and Talia Hibbert. The steam factor in this book is high in all the best ways!

I loved everything about this audiobook!
Narrator : The narrator voiced the characters in an authentic way with perfect comedic timing. She performed both the male and female voices very well, so I didn’t miss have dual narrators for the alternating chapters. Narrator rating: 5/5
The story: The heroine is real, sweet, and smart. The hero is funny, kind and sexy. The fact that the characters are living with Tourette syndrome and ADHD, respectively, was handled in a matter of fact and informative way. I know more about the subject now thanks to the author.
I like that the book was told in alternating chapters so we get both Hollyn’s and Jasper’s perspectives.
This romance scenes had the right amount of steam for me (open door - about a 4 level steam)
All this and a HEA, who could ask for more!
Story Rating: 5/5

Ahh I love this! This was a easy quick read for me and much needed after several heavy books.
Hollyn is a spunky reviewer in New Orleans known as Mizz Poppy but in her day to day life she keeps to herself and deals with severe anxiety. This was the first book I've read with a MC with Tourette Syndrome and though I have no experience with that I felt like it was handled very well.
I really loved Hollyn's dynamic with Jasper and felt like the characters are well developed and obviously flawed (god how I hate perfect characters).. I'm quickly realizing that I really like the whole fake dating trope and I fell for this book pretty quickly! I cant wait to read the next book in the series and highly recommend this to lovers of Rom-Com!

The narrator is Desiree Ketchum and let me tell you, she has an unforgettable voice oozing sexy. I couldn't get enough of Desiree. Their voice completely had me hooked. There is depths in their voicework and I felt and heard all the emotions that Hollyn was feeling. I even felt that their range of different voices they did for the other characters was well done. I could tell who was talking when I hear a voice. I would absolutely seek out more audiobooks narrated by Desiree.
What a feel good, comforting, sexy book. Wow. I was rooting for our girl Hollyn every step of the way. She was the one who had Tourette's and a considerable amount of anxiety about her facial ticks but she was by far the more brave and courageous character. It is really hard to uphold true to others, and true to yourself honesty and as much as it scared her, she would do it. And real communication would happen. What I hope for, but find little of, in many romance novels I read. I wanted her to have the big grand gesture and the happy ending because she felt so deserving of it. Having Jasper also trying to uphold this honest communication was also amazing to see. And damn, he is so sexy. Give it a read... find out for yourself. There are some very steamy scenes in there to reward you.
I don't want to say much more, I don't want to ruin this great experience for you. Although I don't find the cover very attractive, you should definitely not judge this particular book by its cover.
Would I recommend this book?
- I have only finished it today... and I have already recommended this book to 4 people. That should answer this questions quite easily.

I had an opportunity to listen and review the audiobook version of Yes & I Love You by Roni Loren thanks to NetGallery and Dreamscape Media. This was a pop culture filled fun and steamy rom-com! Hollyn Tate is trying to make it on her own in the big city of New Orleans. Her work as a free lance writer and her online local entertainment reviewer persona, Miz Poppy, is gaining traction in the local scene. She has a big break when her boss offers her a promotion, but the caveat is that she has to add video content to her blog. She has Tourette’s and anxiety, and she’s been working really hard to come out of her shell. She’s come a long way, but is being seen going to be too much to handle?
Jasper Deares is an actor trying to put his life back together after a bad breakup; he’s working as a coffee barista until he can figure out his next move. He accidentally discovers Miz Poppy’s secret identity, but can he leverage his passion for improv to help Hollyn overcome her shyness? Will Miz Poppy help him in his big break, or will his bad luck continue?
This version was narrated by Desiree Ketchum and overall I appreciated the different characters’ voices. My only hang up was the pronunciations of some of New Orleans street names. While I don’t believe that the characters grew up in the area, I feel like they would have had different pronunciations of the local streets. While the story is creating a new and upcoming New Orleans, it does feel like this story could have been set in Anytown, USA, not a lot of the New Orleans feel came through in this listening.
The story is told with both Hollyn and Jasper’s voices, it outlines the struggle of becoming an adult while still finding your passions. I appreciated the way that Hollyn’s (and other character’s) Tourette’s were described and the different ways their tics were manifested in their daily lives. Thanks to Miz Poppy’s blog there were many pop culture references found in the movie reviews. This is the first book in the “Say Anything” series, I’m interested to read more from Roni Loren.

High 4 ⭐️
This was a very well done audiobook narrated by Desiree Ketchum. She did a spectacular job.
I’ve never read a book like this before and I can’t wait to get my hands on book 2. The h and H we’re on fire and lots of steamy, funny, romantic moments. And I always love an HEA. Jasper was dreamy and sexy as hell. I couldn’t get enough of him in or out of the the bedroom. The author really made this work for me. I highly recommend it.
Thank you Dreamscape Media for this delightful audiobook. I’ve voluntarily given my review.

Yes & I Love You was a perfect romance. It was hilarious and swoon-inducing. I loved the relationships in this book, the romantic and the friendships - they both felt authentic.
I thought the narrator was phenomenal. I genuinely didn't notice it wasn't a male narrator for Jasper's lines until I thought about it halfway through. She just really brought the characters to life. I also love that this was set in New Orleans. What a wonderful and vibrant city to fall in love in and enjoy the nightlife in.
Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for letting me listen to this early!

I couldn't put Yes & I Love You down. It is my first book by Roni Loren and it won't be my last.
The improv was hilarious, the banter between Hollyn and Jasper as well as the STEAM had me hooked. This is a great rom-com because it had me laughing out loud and swooning. I loved the originality in this story as well as the representation. Hollyn's anxiety felt as real as my own. I loved that Roni Loren put in Tourette's representation as a part of who Hollyn is. This helped me relate to her in terms of my own anxiety and disability. I also enjoyed watching Jasper grow.
I cannot wait for Andi's story in What if You & Me!
