Kindness, this quality as we call it, virtue if you will, but which should be something natural, not out of obligation or not something forced. When I say kindness, I automatically mean gentleness, goodwill, empathy, generosity, compassion, altruism; all these virtues are closely connected. I think we are all good, only that some of us forgot to be kind, being too caught up in the daily routine, with personal problems and worries.
This is what the author reminds us within the book.
