I want to thank the author and Netgalley for gifting me the ebook. This story was very cute. The author does a great job with the southern charm and laugh out loud situations. I felt like I was right there in Georgia with everyone. To me this book was just a good plate of comfort food for the soul. I loved all the characters and the main love characters also. I can't wait to read more from this author.

What a wonderful, funny , laugh-out-loud read. I loved Andie and Gunnar and just the whole bunch of southern cast of crazies. I sure needed a laugh, and that is what I got. Sweet book too. I wanted to be in the Georgia town myself.

Thank you NetGalley, Cindy Dorminy and Red Adept Publishing, LLC for the copy of In a Jam. This is my personal review.
The cover of the book grabbed by attention and I knew it was one I wanted to read.
Andie inherited lottery winnings from her Grandmother and all she had to do is follow a few simple terms her Grandmother left for her to follow and the money was hers.
The major one was for her to clean up her life. After that the others should be easy for her.
The will sends her to a small southern town. Once there she must decide if she can indeed do what her Grandmother has asked her to do.
Gunner is the local policeman who happens to be incredibly good looking has agreed to keep an eye on Andie. Its not long before the sparks fly between the two. The romance between Andie and Gunner is sweet and makes you smile as you read the book.
The people in the town and the interactions between everyone make you want to move to this small southern town.

A sweet, Southern story! This was just a fun book to read. A quaint small-town romance. It's got a town full of interesting characters - Andie the main character inherits a coffee shop and possible lottery winnings after her estranged Grandma passes, but she has a few things she needs to accomplish in order to keep it all. Local cop, Gunnar, is keeping an eye on her...as is the town -- the feisty Jackson sisters are hilarious, the couple that owns the hardware store down the street are great friends, Stan is a sweety, Mel and Regina are the girlfriends we all want to have. This could easily be made into a series - there are so many stories this town can tell!

Thank you to NetGalley for a digital ARC in return for my review.

For a romance it was ok , kind of slow in some places but still a good read, there was times I just didn't like Gunnar because of how he thought he knew Andie and thought he know what type of person she was. But as the story goes on you start to see him change . Still it was a good story to read , with that said I want to thank Netgalley for letting me read and review it ,exchange for my honest opinion

This book was a great cross between romance and women's fiction. It definitely had a great plot like I like from my women's fiction reads, but it definitely had excessive flirty and sexy innuendos!

Andie Carson finds herself on the wrong side of the law and they know her by name, this isn't her first interaction with them, but this time may be the last as she is presented with an offer. Her grandmother has passed away and left her a business and a trust, but she has to clean up her act in order to receive it. So Andie must go home and get her S*&* together and inherit it all! Of course with the romance genre involved, there will be a hunky guy who could be a distraction!

This was just one of those good ones to curl up with during a summer weekend. I can't seem to remember if the romance made me blush at all, so forgive me, I can't say if you tend to avoid books with a lot of sexy times, I can't remember anything being over the top.

I may have to go check out Cindy Dorminy's two previous books and try another from her.
