This book provides basic beginners information to nature for our youngest readers. I will be including this title in our collection. The artwork in this book is beautiful.

Simply yet engagingly illustrated with simple prose aimed for the young child who enjoys the outdoors. Following all of the reasons that trees are fun is a page showing each tree with its name and an invitation to find it in the earlier parts of the book. Very well done and a good read-to-me book.
I requested and received a free temporary ebook copy from Storey Publishing, LLC via NetGalley. Thank you!

This is a sweet little book with charming illustartions. It would be wonderful to read to an older toddler or preschooler to begin to foster an appreciation and love for nature and the environment. The illustrations are simple and clear and would be easy for a child to "find the trees" in the pictures. Children can also learn what trees provide such as food, shade, shelter for animals etc. Your 3 or 4 year old would love this book.

This beautifully illustrated book is perfect to share with young children and toddlers. It reminds us of the joy trees bring and the gifts that they give us and the planet. There is a lot of discussion that can be generated from the text and illustrations and it is a joy to share.

This book is wonderful for anyone that loves trees. This book also is for a child that needs help with learning what thank you's mean. The pictures of the book are wonderful and so pretty. Again, this book would be great for a classroom library or at home library to read before bedtime.

The many benefits we reap from trees are mentioned and illustrated in this book and it reminds the little ones to be thankful for nature's gifts. Gratitude is the path to happiness after all...that and books in our family :)
I was very pleased with this book, 4 stars. I think it is perfect for 2-3 year olds. There isn't too much text, so it should keep their attention.
I found the illustrations and names of the trees at the end of the book to be a nice bonus, it asks children if they can find the trees in the book. The search and find activity is a nice way to get children to look closer at the illustrations, spend more time with the book, and it becomes more interactive.

This is a very cute, simple book about trees and the many ways they help us. The text is simple and repetitive so I think it would be great for preschool aged children. The illustrations could open opportunities for for discussion about what the children see and the changes they notice.

Hmmm, this is an odd little book. With its short sentences and quirky font, it appears to be aimed at the newborn+ age range, however, the illustrations are probably pitched slightly older despite a non-vibrant colour palette.

I like that it emphasises manners and respect. It models great language use where each sentence begins with thanking a tree and explaining that gratitude. There are definitely subtle hints within this book.

Overall, I really liked it although it's likely to be something read in the library or community centre rather than stashed on the playroom shelf for me. That said, I wouldn't discourage others from purchasing it, although I think it has a limited lifespan.

Since I can't award half stars, I'll round up to 5/5 particularly to those with pre-verbal stage children just to be able to make the most of it.

I'm in love with the illustrations in this book. I can imagine how children would go crazy when they see a tree after reading this. I especially liked the part about finding the trees in the book. Great work!

Thank You, Tree was beautifully illustrated and had a great message for young readers to be grateful for trees and all that they provide to humans, animals and the earth.

I liked the activity at the end of the book for children to identify the different types of trees throughout the book. I would recommend this one for early readers as a great way to introduce gratitude into a child's daily routine.

Thanks for a copy of this book in exchange for honest feedback. I believe that the strength of this book is the gorgeous (absolutely wonderful!) illustrations. They are very, very nice! This is a very simple book, probably best for young readers who are learning how to read or reading along with an adult. The end of the book asks if the reader can find certain trees in the rest of the book. Really cool and educational. Just to say again: the illustrations are great.

This was such an incredibly cute book. Very simple, and beautifully illustrated. And informative, since the names of all the tree species are listed in the back. Highly recommend for little nature lovers.

This was a sweet enough book, and I really like the idea of introducing gratitude into a child's daily routine.
The illustrations felt very nostalgic, as they had a kind of retro -feel.
I also liked how it showed the different types of trees at the end of the book to encourage the child reading to spot the various trees within the pages of the book - and maybe on their walks outside.

I wish it had a bit more content in - i appreciate I am not the books target audience, but I think a few more pages of 'thank yous' would have been beneficial.

At first I thought this was a pretty simplistic children's book, very good ... but the last two pages make it really outstanding for a children's book.

Happy illustrations!
