This book was kind of a nice lead into fall book to read. It's kind of like a Hallmark novel, but a little steamier.

It was somewhat predictable and cheeseball, but still cute.

First story wasn't my favorite and was unrealistic, but I enjoyed the other two. The second was very holiday movie-ish and I liked it. The third was probably my favorite!

3 novellas set in Moonbright, Maine over Halloween. I picked it up at the perfect time to read. My favorite was Love over easy by Roberta Brown. Love Rising by Stacy Finz and Romance on tap by Adair Group are also included. Hannah is taking her nephews to the Halloween parade is is helped by visiting Jake Kaylor. His grandfather is one of Hannah's favorite customers. Local legend has it that if you recite a poem you will see your husband in a reflection. Hannah sees Jake. All three are quick easy reads. I received a copy of this ARC in exchange for a fair and honest review.

Three cozy romance stories. The romance is a little more explicit than any others I've read. I don't recall any profanity. I jumped into requesting with my eyes as big as donuts, wanting more Halloween and accepting there would be perfunctory romance. I do like the small towns with the diners, and gossips.

I don't rehash the synopsis or give spoilers.

This is a nice, easy read. The stories allows three opportunities to take a break from heavier genres.

Thank you NetGalley and Kensington Books for accepting my request to read and review The Cafe Between Pumpkin and Pie.

Thank you for the advanced copy.

This is a wonderful collection of short stories to bring in the Autumn. I would recommend this collection of stories to start off the Fall.

three authors write three stories that all take place in the same town. I tried the first two and didn't enjoy them. The stories were to descriptive focusing on the details and made it boring for me to read. DNF

I am not a big fan of Anthologies, but I am of Marina Adair and Stacy Finz. And now am also a fan of Kate Angell. Happily, I found this to be more like a trilogy series in one volume. The stories take place in small town, Moonbright, Maine and the common theme is a Moonbright Legend that is "if you said "mirror, mirror on Halloween, will my future spouse been seen" and then looked at a mirror or anything with a reflection at midnight on Halloween, you'd see your future spouse". In all three stories, the ladies didn't believe, but did it anyway, and were confused by who they saw. All three stories are second chances and were consistent with the characters, and descriptions of the town.

I am moving from a house to an apartment and must downsize, including my books, but I enjoyed this and will read it again, so it is coming with me. I think you will enjoy it too.

Three authors that are favorites of mine. All stories revolve around this town amid the Halloween festivities. I like that there is some mysticism, but no scary Halloween antics. I enjoyed the town and getting to know the characters. A great weekend read!

The Cafe Between Pumpkin and Pie is a trilogy of novellas, all romance, by Stacy Finz, Marina Adair, and Kate Angell. It was my first experience with Adair and Angell and it was a positive experience. These novellas had the same setting, all featured the cafe, but didn't really overlap. They were all short and sweet and enjoyable, if you are a romance lover. They were totally different, not a series, and so didn't get tiresome. I enjoyed all three.
Love Over Easy by Angell was a romance between two people who didn't expect it, and it shocked those around them. Always good. Love Rising by Finz was about a woman home to bury her grandmother and who and what may convince her to stay. Adair's Romance on Tap was more teenage angst, but still entertaining. It was a fun trio with which to pass an afternoon.

I was invited to read the Cafe Between Pumpkin and Pie by Kensington, through Netgalley. All thoughts and opinions are mine. #netgalley #kensington #thecafebetweenpumpkinandpie

When I got the ARC of this book, I hadn't realized that it was the second set of stories from this delightful, autumn-centric town. So... I went back and listened to the first trio of stories on audio. So. Much. Fun!!

I'm a bit late to the Moonbright, Maine party... but I'm SO happy to be here now!

These stories are exactly what I want in a fun, quick, small town holiday(ish) themed collection. The characters are relatable and quirky, and each ending delivers a comfort smile a mile wide. Can't wait to share this one with friends this holiday!!

This is a delightful collection of stories to get you in the fall spirit! Although each story was fairly short, I became quickly engrossed in the lives of all the characters and became invested in their relationships. The setting of Moonbright was cozy and full of community, and I loved how each story revolved around the little town. Definitely give this a read if you want to curl up with a good book this fall.

This book is three shorter stories by Kate Angell, Marina Adair and Stacy Finz that all interact together and take place in Moonbright, Maine. They all follow the local legend where a female from Moonbright will see the man she will marry in a shiny surface on Halloween if she chants the special words before midnight.

Love Over Easy by Kate Angell
Hannah Allan isn't sure she believes the legend, but she says the chant anyways. Imagine Hannah's surprise when Jake Kaylor, the boy from her high school fantasies comes into her life! Will bad boy Jake turn out to the be the clean cut vision she sees?

Love Rising by Stacy Finz
Sydney Byrne was in town to close out her Grandma Stella's estate. With plans to sell the house and open a bakery the last thing she is expects is to find Nick Rossi doing work on her Grandma's house. Turns out Grandma Stella hired Nick before she passed away. Guess maybe Grandma knew best! ;)

Romance on Top by Marina Adair
Mila Cramer thought when she was 18 and had her first kiss by Ford James, that it was they best thing ever and that she found her soul mate. Imagine seven years later she gets another chance and it turns out things that she has always thought are not what they seem....enter Ford's twin Hudson!

The Cafe Between Pumpkin and Pie is three sexy romance stories all with fun and entertaining characters. I just adored the city of Moonbright, Maine. You will find many laugh out loud moments as well as some swooning ones. Overall this was a great set of stories that I highly recommend.

"The Cafe Between Pumpkin and Pie" features three stories by different authors. Set in the town of Moonbright, Maine, Halloween magic is afoot for three ladies and their would-be suitors. I loved the characters and setting, but disliked the steamy sex. The stories work well without all that detail.

I received this book from the publisher and NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. The opinions expressed here are my own.

I absolutely loved this collection and was excited to discover there are two more books in this series! The warmth, humour and uplifting feel of Kate Angell and Marina Adair’s stories really appealed to me, but I struggled a bit to get into Stacy Finz’s story. It just didn’t have quite the same feel as the other two, which was a shame. I’m a long time fan of Marina Adair but will now also be adding Kate Angell books to my ‘to read’ list. I think that’s the joy of these anthologies - you get to try out similar authors to those whose books you already enjoy and can make some great new author discoveries.

Small town rom coms have long been a favourite of mine and this collection is one of the best Autumn themed romances I’ve come across!

Pumpkin Spice, apples, and all things autumn is all I can think about after reading The Cafe' between Pumpkin and Vine by Kate Angell, Marina Adair and Stacy Finz. I totally loved these three stories occurring in the charming town of Moonbright, Maine, where each fall every porch has a pumpkin, fresh brewed apple cider in every cup, and a hint of the sweetest sorcery in the air. This is a great way to get into the Halloween Spirit, three wonderful novellas all centered around Halloween in Moonbright, Maine, and its traditions. We follow three couples and their journeys. First, there are Hannah and Jake; a little bit broken and needing to find their hearts when they spend time together. Jake is so sweet, as he seems like he’s never enough but he’s just what Hannah needs and wants. Plus, I could actually feel the energy coming off the Hannah’s triplet nephews. Sydney and Nick are both stubborn; reconnecting after all these years is not a happy occasion. As they spend time together we see their growth as well as their connection. Ford and Hudson are identical twins, yet Mia believes Ford is the one for her when Hudson is her true match. Playing the “twin switcheroo” might not be fair, but it was interesting way for Mia to learn the truth. These quick, fun reads definitely get you into the spirit of the holiday.

These amazing stories by three talented story tellers were emotional, tender, sweet, and heartwarming tales not to be missed. Each story provided sexy banter, a little steam, confusion, conflict and enduring characters that were given a chance at having a solid, loving future together but also a wonderful community of support. I highly recommend The Cafe between Pumpkin and Vine to other readers.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

People come from miles around to see the Halloween festivities in Moonbright, Maine. In addition to the pumpkin carving, trick 'r treating and annual parade there is a
magically romantic legend that a Moonbright woman will marry the man she sees reflected in a mirror on Halloween. Some of the younger residents aren't sure about it, but older women swear that they saw their husband's reflection before they married.

This book includes three stories based in Moonbright, Maine during the Holloween festivities. The main characters are different but the setting and atmosphere are the same.

These were nice love stories with a bit of steamy sex.

I liked that all three of these stories set in Moonbright, Maine were full of town lore and superstitions and finding your true love by looking into a shiny surface on Halloween. They were fun to read, full of romance and wonderful characters that drew me into the stories and made me want to find out what would happen next. I liked that the authors did not disappoint me. I especially liked how all three stories in the anthology tied in together with their events and characters, It made the anthology so much fun to read,

Love Over Easy by Kate Angell I liked that this story introduced the Moonbrigh, Maine legend of finding a glimpse of one's husband reflected on a shiny surface before midnight on Halloween. I also liked the characters of Jake, Hannah, and Hannah's triplet nephews who all took part in the Halloween parade.

Love Rising by Stacy FinzThis story was very romantic and a lot of fun to read. It was so much fun picturing Stella, Sydneys late grandmother trying to get Syd and Nick together again. I liked that they both had a crush on each other back in high school and that it did not take much to reignite that flame with Stell's help of course. The warm, fun characters and their bickering sold me on this story in the anthology.

Romance on Top by Marina AdairThis was also a fun story. I liked Mila, who had a crush on Ford James since they were kids. I thought this story was funny since Ford had a twin brother named Hudson and since Mila had her perfect guy list. Who knew she had already found her perfect guy and that the Moonbright folklore just might have to intervene.
I received an advance copy of this anthology and I willingly chose to write an honest review.

Of the three stories, I only found the first one to be readable, and could not finish the other two. The first was well written, but it did drag on too long. I enjoyed the other books in this series a lot better.

The stories in the anthology were cute. Based in Moonbright, Maine, they center around the annual Halloween extravaganza put on by the town. I haven't read any of the other anthologies based in this town, so have nothing to compare this iteration with others that have preceded it.

I have to go back to my first impression on all three novellas. They're cute. I think too much time was spent with the 'look in the mirror on Halloween at midnight and find your true love' thing. In the age of female empowerment, this just doesn't sit well, but maybe that's just me.

Very easy reads and easy to follow story lines. I'd recommend these for a lazy afternoon cuddled under a comforter, with a warm drink and an apple cider doughnut. Perhaps a bit of napping between stories.

Thank you to Net Galley and Kensington for allowing me to read an ARC of this book. The review is my own.
