Lucy Murphy as a character is really growing on me. I think she is feisty, likeable, perceptive and trusts her instincts and it was great to be back in Lucy’s world again. Here she is investigating a murder, an assault and a baby abduction. Are they linked, if so how? When a reminder of her past makes one of the investigations harder for her she relies on the support from her DS. I enjoy reading of her working rapport with her DS and the trust they have in each other. As always, there are lots of separate story threads here which are intricately linked and all fall into place and are tied up nicely towards the end. Overall, this book had everything I like - suspense, great writing, a good plot, and was a fast paced, thrilling read. I suspected who the murderer was and was right, and I hope there is a follow on to this book and I am really enjoying this series. 4 stars

Yet another brilliant book by a gangland queen. This book took me 2 days to read.
I love the characters that she has created.

I love the Lucy Murphy series and No Going Back has been my favourite so far.

I loved the way Lucy's past story links with the main storyline of Shelby.

As always with Casey's books you think you know and guessed correctly and then your mind is blown.

I was thoroughly gripped and read in just a couple of sittings, highly recommend you pick this beauty up.

I really hope there is more to come from Lucy Murphy and see justice for her and her precious nan Winnie.
