I'm in the middle of a stressful time at work and this book arrived just in time. I've tried meditation and have an app on my phone,but don't use it. What I liked is that this is an easy to follow format and non-judgemental.

In a time when there is paradoxically both plenty of kindness in the world around us and at the same time a harshness and bitterness I found this to be refreshing and inspiring.
