Just Be Honest is a self help book aimed at helping people be truthful when they look at themselves. I found it hard to relate to, especially the examples. It was not really for me Although I can see that the author has put so much of herself and her own reflective honesty into it and I am sure there will be lots of people who will love and appreciate the book.

I would recommend this to those who need a push towards being honest. It gave me that and I am grateful to have come across this book. While I personally found it difficult to relate to some of the examples provided, it was a decent read.
