Interesting book with prompts to encourage you to think about what matters in life. It would be better in paperback format.

This workbook helps the reader get a handle on mindfulness and gratitude. There are large areas for the reader to write down answers to the questions. I love the stars in the book. It is an award system to help keep the reader motivated. The watercolor divider pages are beautiful.

This book is great for accountability. I can see the progress I make on the page instead of trying to remember and remind myself what to do next. I absolutely loved this book. I have the kindle and physical versions of the book. The physical book has the stickers, postcards, and bookmarks. I love the star stickers for feedback. I plan on incorporating the gratitude theme from this book into my bullet journal. It has everything in it to make me feel good about myself. If you are looking for a way to include gratitude into your daily routine, I cannot recommend this book enough!

This had some great ideas to incorporate into daily life and come up with things I wouldn't of thought of myself.

I received a copy of this book for a fair and honest review. I enjoyed using this workbook alongside my daily journal. It allowed me to take a moment and breathe and think hard about the simple things that I should be grateful for and how to express that on a daily basis. It is something I can go back to and read and see my own progress. I love the quotes that are on the nice watercolor pages. It was a nice touch.

I regret that I was not able to review this book well in time. Ironically, it is mental health issues that long prevented me from taking up work beyond bread-and-butter (and sometimes even that). That being said, I can attest to the fact this workbook is a helpful source of comfort and growth.

Gratitude, for a long time, has felt like a fundamental part of my mental health recovery processes. From simple acts, like waking up grateful - for seeing another day, for having the promise of opportunities even if nothing else, or a few quiet moments to yourself - to actually making an effort by maintaining a journal, or a workbook, or even a series of social media posts, I have been trying to practise gratitude actively for the past few years, and especially while in therapy.

Therefore, I felt I was in a position to judge the effective of this workbook at least for one individual - myself. And truly, I am not disappointed. The workbook comprises of very thoughtful statements and suggestions on (a) why gratitude is a valuable part of not just growing and feeling better, but of life, and on (b) how you can practice being more grateful. I especially appreciate the watercolour-look worksheet pages, even though I couldn't use them so in the ebook. I am sure it makes for pleasant feelings as you mull through little moments suggested by the author and note down your gratitude.

Thank you for the advance copy! They say gratitude makes you happier, and it had been hard for me to be really grateful for stuff because I felt like I'm not even doing anything special. But thanks to this workbook, and its wonderful prompts, it helped me navigate through my life and see that there are a lot of things to be grateful for, really. Will definitely get my physical copy and recommend it to my friends!

A nice colorful workbook for anyone looking to start a gratitude practice for the first time and hoping for a bit of guidance on where and how to start. I would recommend this to a younger female audience given it aesthetic.

I had the privilege of reading and reviewing Kristin Nelson’s book, Wake Up Grateful prior to receiving this workbook. I found that book profoundly meaningful. This workbook follows up that work and is just as wonderful. The workbook is filled with quotes and exercises to grow ones gratitude, an essential for experiencing joy. I’d recommend this book to anyone on a gratitude or joy journey or interested in personal growth.
