JLA is the master and Grace and Glory is the master piece. No one is surprised there, though.

As always, to start with the characters:

Zayne: Zayne is my favorite JLA boy and this book just proves why. He is such a good person, but we see him struggling. I love when characters have real life problems, and Zayne just owns it. After the ending of the last book, he deserved some happiness, but realistically, that’s not always a thing. Zayne takes all of it in stride and still manages to be pretty darn close to perfect.

Trinity: What I love most about Zayne is the same thing I love about Trinity. She is real. She has real problems. She reacts to those real problems the way real people would. It’s refreshing. As often as I want to slap her for doing something dumb (and it’s usually something that I would do) I also want to hug her because she is a precious cinnamon roll who needs protection. But, you know, not really. Girl can kick some butt.

As for the side characters this go round, Dez really took a spotlight, and I loved getting to know him. He was such a big brother to Trinity and that just made my heart melt. Nickoli and Danika are perfect. Jada? I love her and just want her to be happy. Roth, Layla and co. are back and manage to steal every scene they are in. I did miss Thierry and Matthew, but you can’t win them all.

As for the action? With the way the last book ended, we all had some questions. We get a pretty good glimpse into what happened to Zayne and the fallout from that. And, boy is the fallout, WOW, something else. And the Harbinger? How that goes down? Wow there, too. I really loved how more and more insane things just kept getting thrown at Trin and Zayne but they pushed through, and never stopped going. After everything that happened in this book, they really deserve a happily ever after. This book is jam packed with action, adventure, and swoon-worthy romance, and it will keep you engaged till the very end.

Speaking of romance, Trinity and Zayne are in a real relationship now and it was burning off the pages. I love how authentic and organic their relationship is. But! Beware (especially younger readers!), Trin and Zayne’s relationship is a bit heated, and the scenes are a little more detailed and descriptive, so watch out if you are iffy on that. There were some minor pacing issues and questionable relationship choices in this book, but overall, a satisfying end to the series! And with the way it ended? We can always hope for more.

Trinity, Zayne, and the rest of their friends are back in the epic conclusion of The Harbinger series! Grace and Glory begins where the last book left us. Trinity still grieving from Zayne’s death at the hands of the archangel Gabriel goes to the park to clear her head while forming a plan to bring him back to life. But, to her surprise Zayne shows up. Falling from the sky like a shooting star making her deepest wish come true, Zayne is back! However, he’s no longer the Zayne she remembers. Because Zayne is no longer a Warden or her Protector - he’s an Angel! Now, Trinity has to deal with everything that comes with this change. Is this really her Zayne? And if it’s not, can she bring him back? Then to top it off, she still must defeat Gabriel aka The Harbinger or else the world will literally come to an end. All this and more comes to a head in this thrilling finale you cannot miss out on.

Well, I’ll say one thing. Jennifer sure knows how to tell a story that will keep you glued to the page. Before I started this book, I had it pictured in my mind of how things would go down. Turned out, I was completely wrong in everything. Jennifer took me for a loop in this one. From the first page all the way to the last chapter, it was one surprise after another. Questions, answers, plot twists - this gave us all of it. I couldn’t stop reading until I got to the end.

I’ve given this series five stars for every book...until this one. You may ask why since I’ve mentioned how enthralled the story had me. Well, it was mostly because of how things wrapped up. Zayne and Trinity’s overall story arc was concluded. However, there are some things that were left open. Too open, in my opinion. I felt like we needed more. I can only assume that this was done on purpose to leave the door open for future books in this world. Which I would love. I already can imagine who the books would be about. But I guess we’ll see.

Regardless of all that, overall this was a solid ending for Zayne and Trinity. As I’ve said in my reviews of the previous books I absolutely love these two. This time was no different. The love and connection these two share is so beautiful. They emit total soulmate energy and it gives me ALL the feels. If ever there were two people literally meant to be / made for each other - they are it. Match made it heaven - pun intended hehe. So on the romance front this book was 10/10. Also 10/10 for the steam factor if you guys are into that. Trinity and Zayne really go for it in this one lol

Now onto my best girl, Trinity Marrow. I love her with all my heart. I’ve related so personally to her from the start with her disability. The growth she has gone through from book one to this has been a joy to read about. I respect so much how she accepts her disability and never tries to get rid of it. She just learns to live with it and accepts it’s part of who she is. Along with her usual sass, epic fighting skills, and junk food loving self, Trinity continued to solidify herself as one of my all time favorite JLA heroines. I missed her so much and I’m so happy we got to see her one last time.

I’m definitely going to miss Trinity, Zayne, and the rest of the gang. This world is always so much fun to be in. I hope it’s not the last time we see it. But, until then...grab your own copy of Grace and Glory when it comes out June 1st!

This was everything that I could have hoped for, and so much more! It was an interesting and amazing ending to Trin and Zayne's story!

So many twisty turns and surprises. Just wait, you'll know what I mean when you read it! I liked this series as much as I did Layla and Roth's (The Dark Elements series) and that is saying quite a lot because Roth was my favorite.

Also, one word. PEANUT.

Fans of Jennifer L Armentrout's The Harbinger series will be happy with this fitting finale. After the cliffhanger in Rage and Ruin, readers will be more than happy to be once more reunited with Trinity, Zayne, and the hilarious cast of side characters (Roth, Layla, Cayman, Peanut, and the wardens). It's filled to the brim with adventure, battles, and of course, love.

This was an amazing conclusion to a really interesting and well put together series. This series for me is one of Jennifer's best because of how real they are, and how real the life stuff is they are going through. It takes a really good author to make a reader really feel and understand what a character is going through, and she does it! So strap on for a exciting, thrill-ride of a conclusion - this book will hook you until the very end!
