This was such a cute Christmas read that I highly recommend. It was light and feel good with a few twists throughout. I absolutely loved it!
Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for a copy to honestly review.

My thanks to Net Galley for inviting me to review and the publisher.
Ivy Perkins is recently divorced and buys a fixer up farm house to start over with her dog, Punkin. When going thru the house she finds a Santa Suit with a note in the pocket from a little girl with a Christmas wish. This sets Ivy off on an adventure to find the little girl. While doing this she rediscovers herself, love, the sense of community, and the spirit of Christmas.
I absolutely loved this story and have not smiled and felt good after reading a book in a long time. Will definitely read this author again.

Another uplifting story by Mary Kay Andrews!!
I enjoy reading her books and this is another enjoyable read.

Second chances. Inspiration. Hope. Joy. Love.
When newly divorced Ivy Perkins buys an old farmhouse online, reality doesn’t live up to her expectations. But finding an old Santa suit in the attic with a note in its pocket gives her the inspiration to set things right.
A perfect holiday read!

Thanks to NetGalley & St Martin's Press for the chance to pre-read The Santa Suit in exchange for an honest review.
Cute, Christmas-y story without being overboard. You know all will end well--it's a Santa story after all! The twist to the story was when Ivy Perkins (new homeowner) finds a letter to Santa in a Santa suit in her closet from the previous owners. She acts on trying to find out where the little girl lived/if her wish came true. Plot twist at the end, no spoilers, but I didn't see it coming!
Quick, feel-good read, enjoy~

A fun beach/holiday read, short enough to be read in one sitting. Ivy, newly divorced, is ready for a fresh start. She buys a farmhouse, sight unseen, and moves in, with her dog and a box of baby chicks. The house, while structurally sound - except for the front porch boards and the doorknob, and an outdated kitchen, and furniture straight out of the middle of the previous century, and a chicken house with a tree growing up through the middle of it, and the water heater which is dead, and no heat - you get the picture. Just wait until she gets her hands on the real estate agent who sold her this pile of junk. Well, the real estate agent looks like nothing she imagined, plus being many years younger, and he is also a handyman and her neighbor. She starts to empty the house and finds a Santa Suit with a note in the pocket. The small town is lovely, she meets people who become friends and then the magic happens. New friends, a new life and Christmas is on the way.

What a sweet little Christmas story! The Santa Suit is a quick read that will leave you with a smile. I'm going to recommend it to my book club this December.

I really liked this book. It’s was a quick read, cute and light. Sometimes you need a book that is quick and light on between some heavier content. I would definitely recommend this book to someone who enjoys reading this genre.

This was a fun, quick Christmas themed read. The main character moves to a small town, into a major fixer upper, after getting divorced. She falls in love with the small town and everyone in it. The romance in the story was somewhat predictable but there was a happy twist that I didn’t see coming.

The Santa Suit is wonderful story that gives you that warm and fuzzy feel good mood throughout. A delightful read; however the book is way too short. Ivy Perkins and her dog Punkin recently relocated from Atlanta to a place small community in the middle of nowhere. A note she found in a Santa suit left by the prior owners of Four Road Farm, the home she bought sight unseen, leads to friendship and a surprising but great ending. This is a quick read and one I am sure you will enjoy.

Mary Kay Andrews' books are always sweet, with a wonderful setting. The Santa Suit is just the lighthearted book I needed this week, with a magical Christmas theme that involves new friendships, fresh starts, and heartwarming reunions.
Ivy is starting over after heartbreak, buying a fixer-upper farmhouse, sight unseen. At first, nothing seems to be going Ivy's way, with problems at the new house, furniture not delivered, and her one big online client dropping her. Things start looking up when Ivy discovers a gorgeous Santa suit in the old farmhouse's closet, and she sets out to identify the writer of a long-ago letter to Santa. Ivy's handsome, friendly, handy-man neighbor/real estate agent also helps set Ivy on the path toward happiness, as does her new friend Phoebe.
The book has several storylines going on, all of them easy to follow. The ending is very satisfying as all the loose ends are tied up. Ivy isn't my favorite Mary Kay Andrews character; she seems a little grouchy and harsh, but she's had a rough time lately, and that is reflected in her attitude. There are a couple of fun surprises to wrap up the book, and I really enjoyed the work Ivy does to rebrand the candy shop's marketing strategy. Oh, let me not forget that there is a loveable dog and also baby chicks!

Ahhhh, loved this one!! Super cute Christmas story...can't wait to read it again closer to Christmas. Loved the story, loved the characters and loved the setting!
Thank you to netgalley for the arc in exchange for an honest review.

What a feel good story. Has a lot of heart. Ivy, Ezra, Phoebe and Lawrence are so real. Love Mary Kay Andrews and I loved this book! Would love to read again closer to Christmas.

”There’s caroling, and a bonfire, all that Norman Rockwell Americana stuff.”
I think the book’s own characters described it best….you definitely get an all American podunk town vibe from the very start. I can easily see this being a Hallmark movie. It was cute enough, but the insta-love felt really rushed & the big reveal with Lawrence & Carlette sent my eyes rolling.
My favorite character was actually Cody, he seemed really sweet and real.
Thanks to NetGalley & the publisher for the ARC of this one!!

The Santa Suit by Mary Kay Andrews was a sweet, happy Christmas story. All the main characters were unbelievably good people looking to help each other and society. The town was a story book place celebrating the magic of Christmas. If you love Christmas stories like I do, then this book is for you. It’s a fast, fun read I recommend. Thank you NetGalley for my free ebook copy.

Thank you #Netgalley for the advanced read!
Such a fun holiday happy read! I highly recommend! This book follows Ivy, a newly divorced single woman who purchases a home online in a small town to start a new life. When she gets to the home she meets the realtor Ezra, who begins to help her fix the home up. Along this journey, she learns the house history and the magic of Christmas. Ivy investigates more about the family and ends up meeting many new friends who she will later realize are all intertwined.

A fun read that intertwines just about all the people in the book into one happy family. Takes about 2-3 hours to read, and I kept coming back to finish this one.

Great easy read. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who loves hallmark movies. I would recommend it if you are looking for an uncomplicated feel good book!

Perfect for the upcoming Holiday season. Wholesome heartwarming story. Definitely felt like a book version of a great hallmark channel holiday movie. Which is awesome and a total plus! Thank you Netgalley for this ARC!

I absolutely loved this book. The Santa Suit is a feel good story. It reminds me of the movies Hallmark Channel plays around Christmas time. I loved getting to know the characters. It was amazing to see how one person’s purchase of a house could impact so many lives.
Thanks Netgalley and the publisher for letting me read this book. This review is my own.
