Easy, quick recipes! Great addition to anyone’s collection of cookbooks. Good variety. Would recommend especially to those just starting on the low carb keto diet.

I tried a few dishes on here and it was so easy to follow and so yummy…… totally worth it will be buying a physical copy to keep in our kitchen.

I’d you are new to Keto, this is an ideal place to start. Great meal ideas, that are easy to follow! Yes, please. As someone who has done Keto before and had great success, I think this book would help out any new people looking to change their nutrition.

I have enjoyed this cookbook! The recipes are versatile simple and delicious. This is very helpful in maintaining this lifestyle since it gives a great variety despite keeping it simple. Great choice fir low carb dieters.

This cookbook includes simple recipes that are quick to put together in 30 minutes or less. It also includes tips for weight loss, sample meal plans, a good variety of recipes, and lots of information for low-carb eaters.

I really enjoyed looking at the photos of the meals and reading all the information about eating low-carb. I would highly recommend this cookbook to readers that are sticking to a low-carb diet.

OK, I've tried keto multiple times in the past and while I did lose weight quickly, I did not find it sustainable. However, since losing weight, I do like to eat "low carb," and the recipes often involved very specific ingredients, with my cabinets full of four types of nut flours and three kinds of fake sugar that you need 1 tablespoon of each. It gets expensive. This book requires a few of those ingredients but not too many, and they are the easiest to find. I did like this book because they are simple and it's a good beginner guide for people who are starting keto, but it also had good recipes for people like me, who are trying to eat low carb.

I've been following the keto diet for a number of years. Unfortunately I got stuck in a rut making the same recipes with the usual ingredients. I was becoming bored and frustrated with my diet. I decided to go this book a go, I needed something to kick start my enthusiasm for keto again. This book did just that!

I enjoyed the range of recipes and new ingredients to try out. My husband was impressed with my new meals.

Easy, simple and straight to the point regarding Keto recipes! With an explanation in the beginning on how Keto works, you will be on your way to cooking Keto in no time flat. It has tips, tricks, tools and recipes from appetizers to desserts. If you are just starting out on your Keto journey or looking for simple recipes then you will want to add this cookbook to your shelf!

If I were to buy one low carb book, this would be a simple one to choose. That's what I want from a cookbook: simplicity that makes it easy to read and follow. These meals were appealing to think about cooking and delicious to eat. There was good variety and lovely pictures. I appreciate so much that I didn't have to read four paragraphs about the background of each dish before getting to the recipe.

Basically: low carb. Yum. Simple. and Keto.

I am trying to get interested in a Keto lifestyle for cooking and thought more information would help educate me. However, I still prefer just shopping for seasonal produce and enjoying that more in a raw state. Maybe one day ...

- clear steps
- prep and cooking time
- true to the title (easy and keto and yum)
- beautiful recipes
- I know I've already said yum, but "delicious" is a category of its own, and it is delicious

The book starts with an explanation of the ketogenic diet as well as tips on weight loss and food prep. Then there are more than 125 fabulous recipes! I only wish that every recipe had a photo! I’m a visual person and photographs really appeal to me.

This cookbook is titled for "beginners" and I believe that it would be a very good choice for the reader that is looking for a simple and straightforward cookbook.

The beginning part of the book includes a "getting started" section that covers helpful topics such as: how the keto diet works, ingredients that are frequently used, kitchen tools worthy of having for ease of preparation, and 14 days worth of sample menus....using recipes from the book. I prefer for menus to have coordinating page numbers for the featured recipes, but this does not include that, unfortunately.

Then the remaining chapters in the book are packed with recipes in typical sections of the different types of proteins, sides, breads, appetizers/snacks, and even desserts. I found many recipes that I would like to try.

I'm very particular about how recipes are formatted and this author did an excellent job of making the recipes easy to follow with ingredients listed in order of use in the dish, directions that have just the right amount of information, notes that may be needed for substitutions or something that may be helpful, and nutritional information. Basically everything the cook needs to know, but put in a way that enhances your success in precisely the way a cookbook should be put together.

I can easily recommend Simple Keto Meals for Beginners if you are looking for a book to dip your toe in the keto lifestyle and want a nice selection of well thought out recipes to get you started. I received an advanced copy from NetGalley, all opinions are mine alone.

The only keto cookbook that you need.
Very comprehensive guide to keto cooking, with excellent photos and full nutritional information for every recipe. I am always looking for great breakfast recipes and was delighted with the results..
