I think this is a good cookbook to start with Keto. You get a list of kitchen staples, equipment as well as how to keep track of BMI, weight and macros that you will need to help achieve success. A meal plan is also provided. There are a good amount of recipes per each food group (as well as different types of "breads" and with variety of meats to help prevent "boredom" with same meals. Look forward to trying them out.

The recipes include a feature that says whether they are, for example, nut free, dairy free, paleo, vegan or vegetarian, and I found this very useful in timesaving, otherwise I would have to read through all the recipes to find out the relevant information. They are great recipes too. Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for giving me an advance copy of this book.

Thank you for the chance to review this cookbook. I have specific dietary needs, particularly low carb, due to a medical condition. So, speaking from this perspective, I think this cookbook is a pretty decent guide to incorporating low carb foods into daily cooking. The recipes are not overly ambitious, but at the same time offer some novelty. I’d call them “accessible,” meaning they’re not out of the range of the everyday person who just needs to cook something to eat! I think the book captures its aims effectively. One of the strengths comes from its recipes, and the other is in its design. I like the straightforward, modern, and crisp layout.

I loved doing Keto and it’s time to get back at it. This book was a great refresher and a FABULOUS meal planner to get me kickstarted again.

The recipes are drool worthy, whether you are on keto or not. I’m betting I can get my husband to join me when I show him these recipes! Eat well and get healthy with this book.

I've been curious about Keto for awhile, and have been apprehensive about trying it out. (It all seems so confusing!). I love that this book breaks down calorie counts and how to measure everything thoroughly and easily! And the recipes are so simple (I don't have a lot of time to spend on cooking) and look delicious.

I can't wait to try the Zucchini Bruschetta, Quick Beef Stew, Philly Cheesesteak Bowl, and creamy Chicken Broccoli Lasagna!
