What a cookbook!! In addition to recipes the book is chock full of introductory, easy-to-understand keto basics, a short meal plan, and even a shopping list for often-used ingredients. The recipes are in categories for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and more. It is very helpful that the nutrition facts and calorie count are included with each recipe, making one's tracking that much easier. Another very helpful inclusion is the time necessary to prepare each recipe. The recipes are also labeled for quick identification of special needs such as nut-free, dairy-free, vegan and more. Many of the recipes are perfect for those cooking for only two persons. I find the recipes easy to follow and many are accompanied by pictures. I have tried many of the recipes and already have a couple of favorites.....the pan-fried radishes and the BLT dip! I am enjoyed this cookbook as it’s full of bright pictures and very easy to understand. It provides a great introduction to keto with various meal planning suggestions. I appreciate that a lot of the recipes use similar ingredients as well, saving both time and money. Lots of great ideas in here and I can’t wait to try them out.

I have to say that I wasn’t sure I’d enjoy Keto Diet recipes, but I absolutely do! I have recommended this book to all of my friend that are already lying the Keto lifestyle, or looking to make a change. Great pics and easy to follow!

Very easy to understand recipes. Pictures were delicious and they were inspired. Keto is a science and those who want to try different dishes and keep in the ketosis mode. This is a book to keep on the recipe shelf. Thanks for the ARC copy!

Fantastic!!!! Lisa makes Keto so accessible. As someone with nut allergies (very tough on keto) I appreciate that Lisa labels recipes that are egg free, nut free, aip, paleo and / or dairy free. I can't wait to purchase this book in print.

As a reader that is trying to figure out how to keto this book answered my questions. It is easy to follow recipes and descriptions are making me consider moving to a keto lifestyle. Adding in the title low carb definitely levels it up.

Such a great introduction to low carb/Keto friendly meals. Easy to follow recipes that are tasty and crowd pleasing. I love when cookbooks have pictures to accompany every recipe! The minimal ingredients make this cookbook a great resource for preparing those meals during busy weekdays.

Wow! I drooled on my keyboard a little.
I cannot wait to go to the store and grab some items! I am most excited about the vegetable soup and the brownies! Tons of easy options.

I love how the author breaks it down in the beginning really setting you up for success. The break out of the nutritional value is nicely done.

Easy to read recipes. Keto doesn’t seem so scary now!

OK!

So I am not Keto, but doing a program that is pretty close to Keto. I have found that it is extremely hard for me to find new meals that I can eat and are creative. THIS BOOK HAS IT ALL!

I really enjoyed it and although I have only made a few things from this book, I plan on using it as long as netgalley allows me and get some other meals under my belt.

If you are looking for more Keto friendly meals, this book is it.

-Simple, clearly written directions and easy to find nutritional facts
-Lots of beautiful photos
-Wide variety of recipes with easy to find ingredients, including many vegetarian options
-meal plans included
-labeled with vegan, dairy free, nut free, etc.

Meh:
-Many of the meal plans provided go over 20 carbs a day
-I wish the photos were labeled, as it’s often not easy to figure out which belongs to which recipe

This books if full of easy, yummy looking recipes with options for everyone!

My husband recently talked about trying out the keto diet and I was hesitant because I was worried we wouldn’t have enough variety and slip up. After reading this cookbook I am ready to try! There is everything from breads to dessert. Even meatless options. The recipes are very simple and easy to understand. I also liked the guide in the beginning to calculating calories and shopping tips. Great book with lots of options. I voluntarily reviewed this after receiving a free copy.

Starting a keto diet wasn't an easy choice for me and my family. I always find it difficult to find the time to sit down and write down a meal plan. This book was great for a beginner like me. It contains ideas for meal plans and gives a clear explanation of foods allowed and not allowed in a Keto diet. The recipes are great and full of flavors, and it does not feel as restrictive as other Keto recipes books I've bought before. A great book for Keto begginers.

After gaining quite a bit of weight during quarantine, it is more impirtant than ever for me to find healthy palatable recipes to add to my weekly meal plans. Even though this is a Keto book for beginners, I saw some recipes I haven't seenin other Keto cookbooks, which I appreciated. I would make and eat most of the recipes in this book and so would the other people in my house that I cook for. My favorite thing is when cookbooks include nutrition info, particularly carbs and fat, but particularly fiber which many do not include for some reason, but I was happy to see it was included here. This is a great book for keto beginners and those experienced in the keto lifestyle as well.

Keto meals always seem overly complicated, like they require too many ingredients, or only consist of eggs and cheese. This cookbook is great because it has so many simple recipes that offer that variety that is often hard to find with the Keto diet. I really enjoyed reading and trying the recipes from this cookbook.

What I really liked about this cookbook is that right from the beginning, the author gives a well-detailed and a simply explained definition of what exactly the Keto diet is.
The author also gives a great guide as to how to and what to stock your pantry with when first starting off on the diet.
The recipes were easy to follow, and they all had a picture of what the dish should look like when plated.

As I've said, I've tried a couple of the recipes and they were easy to make, could be prepared within 30 minutes, and were delicious.

I'll definitely be using this cookbook.

This book is a wonderful introduction to people who are looking to dip their toe into the ketogenic lifestyle. It gives you all the basics you need to begin and maintain a ketogenic lifestyle as well as wonderfully delicious recipes that are easy to follow and easy to make.

As someone who has been following a Keto diet on and off for a couple of years I am always on the lookout for inspiration. This is a really useful collection of recipes whether you're new to Keto or well along your journey.
My favourite sections were the alternative bread recipe and the desserts. These are the things I most crave on my diet and this book have me many new ideas, all extremely easy to make.
