Cute and colorful, the youngest readers will enjoy this interactive board book. I was unable to review the moving pieces on my e-reader, but they seem fun!

This is a super cute little book about slowing down but still being yourself. I really loved the illustrations and I think I'd definitely purchase this book for myself or others' kids.

Cute colorful book for the little ones. I received an E arc so the whole magic of the book is lost on me. I hope the actual book will be loads of fun.

Ok...so the lesson in this story isn't quite as clear as the one in Be Careful, Dragon. The narrator wants the unicorn to slow down, but he never gives any real reason why. The unicorn doesn't get hurt, none of her friends mind, and she doesn't cause any harm. She does get tired at the end of the book, but that's going to happen anyway. Still, I think little ones will love this story. The illustrations, rhythm, and peek a boo holes will draw them in.

I was provided with an eARC of this book in exchange for a fair review.

I loved reading this interactive book with my little one! The eBook was delightful, and I suspect the final hard copy will be even better. I suspect this will make its way into our library ;)

I received this book from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

This book would be a bit hit with young kids, my daughter was so disappointed that she only got an electronic version and she wasn't able to see the interactive feature. she said several times, " I wish we had the real book, I wish we had the real book. " So I am sure kid that bought the book will all have fun with the interactive features of the book.

The story was cute and simple, and she had fun looking for the little unicorn on each page.

A beautifully illustrated interactive book that is sure to be a hit with any unicorn lover. I loved how it portrayed unicorn running all over and the other animals trying to see unicorn before he disappeared again. This one is definitely one kids can relate to on days where they just can’t sit still! I loved the illustrations in this one and how the colours compliment each other perfectly. There is a lot to see on each page and the illustrations are neither overwhelming nor overstimulating. This is a great book to have any any child’s shelf!

Slow Down, Tiny Unicorn is an engaging and lovely book, aimed at the toddler/young child group. This book could easily be read to those children who can not yet read, or given to a beginning reader to attempt on their own. It details Unicorn, running through her life and playing with her friends. She runs by and plays hide and seek, but is often too fast for them to catch.

This book is perfect for kids and toddlers, and my own toddler loved looking at the pictures. Especially with unicorns being such a draw for children now, this book is timely and engaging for kids. Overall, a great book with wonderful illustrations. I also think the added movement and "peeking holes" in the book will elevate the book that much more (I am reviewing the e-book, so can only guess at the "special effects" this book has, but they seemed spectacular too.)

Thank you to the author, illustrator, publisher and NetGalley for the advanced copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Kids will love the magic and wonder of this interactive board book! Innovative Venetian window paper technology will have them coming back again and again to see the faces of the animals and the scenes change right before their eyes. As the pages are turned the paper movement causes the changes. How brilliant and fun! It's a party for imaginations and bright minds.

Tiny Unicorn cannot be reigned in. She speedily dashes through the forest and encounters a badger, a squirrel (whom she plays hide and seek with), and an adorable little rabbit. The rhyming text and bright bold colours of the illustrations are pure perfection. I highly recommend this book.

Cute book with short phrases and lots of pictures. Very bright and colorful to capture attention of the littles. This would make a good addition to a bookshelf.

4.5 stars

I cannot wait to buy the book to check the special paper movement in person! Even without it I loved this book. It is a great addition to any classroom/home library.

I am a fan of rhymes; they really capture children’s attention when you are reading to them and it helps children master reading. The illustration by Hanako Clulow is beautiful and bright.

Tiny unicorn is a busy little animal. She runs through the forest and her animal friends cannot keep up! I love how in this book; Findlay sends a message that it is okay to be busy and full of energy. Her friends might want her to slow down, but only because they love spending time with her! It is a fun story in acceptance and embracing who you are!

Thank you, Quarto Publishing Group, NetGalley and Rhiannon Findlay for a copy of Little Faces: Slow Down, Tiny Unicorn! In exchange for an honest review.

I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. Dragon is excited about some upcoming plans but he gets a little angry about a few things and he must control his feelings throughout the book.

Using cute woodland animals (and a unicorn of course), this book helps to teach basic concepts in a fun storyline. It also helps increase creativity by asking the reader to search for the unicorn in the book and look for clues of what is going on in the setting.
