Excellent guide for managers, new and experienced there is something for everyone. Cleary written by managers who have learnt lessons and are willing to share their learnings. Easy to read and follow, can refer to chapters of interest in isolation if you need to or are short of time, but i would recommend the whole book, look at it as self development. Some useful chapters for me are meetings and the ronseal section, lightbulb moment. I took my time reading this book and used it as a mini training course, there are questionnaires and exercises to complete throughout the book.
