There are so many different issues that many of us have in our most important relationships that we ignore so we don’t cause conflict. The author has provided useful advice to help open communication and work through versus avoid issues. This conflict within our relationships causes conflict within ourselves and the author did a great job of providing ways to have more harmonious relationships with others and ourselves.
