I am new to air frying, and found some good ideas and recipes in this cookbook! I think it will also be great for my 19 yr old, who uses it to cook wings once a week and is now thinking of trying some other simple recipes. Good images and clear instructions.

The "I Love My Air Fryer" 5-Ingredient Recipe book has some really good and easy to follow recipes. Everything I tried came out deliciously and I would definitely recommend this book for anyone who has a air fryer or is thinking about purchasing an air fryer. You can't go wrong with this book.

I recieved a digital copy of this title free from the publisher in exchange for my feedback. This book has simple easy recipes to use with an air fryer. I liked that there was a section in the front that went over how to use the device and what accessories you will need to create some of the recipes. One that that could have made this title better was if there was a picture accompanying each recipe rather than just a few scattered throughout.

A big thank you for allowing me to read this book. However, we just didn't click. It wasn't the recipes, the ones I read were delicious and I wanted to make them (sadly, I can't at the moment). The recipes weren't hard to follow. I have been looking around for Airfryer recipes so that is also not the problem. The problem for me is, too little photographs. For me cookbook need to have photographs. Maybe not of everything but 85-90% is a good start. Haha. However in this one maybe 1 in 5-7 recipes have a photograph. It got very boring as it was just recipe after recipe and I just wanted to see how things looked. So after around 20% I just had to stop.
Maybe I will pick it up should it get translated (as English books aren't that easily found here) and read it again. But for now, no thank you. More photographs please!
For now 2.5 rounded to 3 stars for this book, because it made my stomach rumble while it is also not feeling well.

Focusing on only using five ingredients per recipe really allows the user to hone in on how the air fryer works and helps new users learn to master their fryer without the complications of a complex recipe. The ingredients are common things the average household might have on hand or reasonably purchase, adding another layer of helpfulness.

The only change that might make this cookbook more user friendly is if instead of a "pantry staples" section there were a "special tools required" section. For instance, most air fryers come with a pan sheet and a toasting rack. They do not all come with silicon muffin cups, cake pans or other specialty kit items. Knowing what is needed before reading halfway through the recipe would be more helpful for the user than a separate section specifying they will need salt and pepper.

Overall a good cookbook full of simple, tasty recipes that make sense and are easy to follow.

A cool book with lots of fun and easy to try recipes for an air fryer. I have had my air fryer for almost a year now and haven't tried many of these recipes! Looking forward to trying them out and this book is a great resource for anyone with an airfryer!

Thank you to netgalley and the publishers for providing me with an arc for an honest revieW!

This is a great cookbook
It starts out explaining everything you need to know about an air fryer and more. The recipes are written so that a novice could do them. The best part of the book is that all of the macros are listed after each recipe. I will be pulling out my air fryer out and leaving it out now.

I do love my air fryer. I have got to the point I will try and incorporate my air fryer into most evening meals!
This book gives the reader a plethora of recipes to try, with a variety of ingredients, but ones most people will already have in the cupboard.
Although the main selling point of an air fryer is how healthy the food is, this book contains quite a few recipes that contain cheese or butter, which surely negates it a little!
I would have liked to have photos to accompany each recipe too.

I really enjoyed looking though this book and trying some of the recipes. I will be buying the hard copy of the book when it comes out.

Thank you NetGalley for a digital copy of this book for my honest opinion.

It had some basic recipes but nothing unique. I was hoping for some delicious recipes but it felt more like a book about heating frozen food in the air fryer

I considered myself a reasonably competent air fryer user, so wasn’t sure i would get much from this book.... but i was so wrong.
As well as a large number of great recipies, that are easy to follow. This book also gives the reader a lot of genuinely useful information about air fryers and how to get the most out of owning one.
Thoroughly recommended to all air fryer users.
Thank you to Netgalley and #Adamsmedia for an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Air fryers are the hottest kitchen appliance out there. As people are striving to eat healthier but still have those fried foods they love they are snatching them up. This cookbook explains the air fryer and how it is used. Each one is a little different but they all work basically the same way. Not only do cooks want healthier foods they also want them to be easy to put together and this cookbook combines these in one place. There are recipes for breakfast items from egg white frittatas to scones. Appetizers from egg rolls to buffalo wings. And then the dinner items are great. Vegetables of all kinds, drop biscuits, chicken made lots of different ways. You will be able to find something for everyone and feel good about it.

Had me at the title. Once I received an air fryer for Christmas, I went down a deep rabbit hole looking for good cookbooks for this new kitchen tool. And the cookbooks were ALL over the place ranging from excellent to atrocious. While I only purchased 6 cookbooks, I checked out another 8 from the library. This one is worth purchasing. Basic air fryer info clear and informative. The recipes obviously have been tested before publication, and while I have only tried two so far there are many that I will try. Easy and delicious so far. Photos are gorgeous. Professional presentation...which I only mention as two of the cookbooks that I stupidly purchased (suckered in by the promise of hundreds of recipes) were riddled with typos, sloppily laid out and lacking photos.

Absolutely loved the recipes and the intro to figuring out how to work my air fryer was oh so helpful. My family has loved each and every recipe I have made from breakfast, to dinner to dessert. A perfect cookbook to have on hand when you purchase an air fryer.

This book and the recipes may inspire to actually go out and buy and air fryer and stop looking at them. Great variety and recipes seem easy and healthy

A great resource for air fryer users that don't want overly-complicated recipes and just want to learn to use the air fryer in a practical and competent way.

I received The 'I Love My Air Fryer' 5-Ingredient Recipe Book as part of a NetGalley giveaway.

Air fryers are the hot new appliance on kitchen countertops these days. We love ours for preparing frozen foods, refreshing take-outs, and putting a new twist on favorite vegetables, and we're always looking for new ways to put it to work.

This is a great recipe book. The five-ingredient parameter keeps things necessarily simple and there's a surprising versatility of recipes, from breakfast entrees to appetizers to main courses, It may have a ton of staying power in 5-10 years, if and when air fryers go the way of the breadmaker, but at the moment it's a really nice resource.

This is very much a "standard American diet" (SAD) kind of cookbook. It uses lots of processed foods, wheat, sugary foods, etc. and the meals are high in carbs and generally low in nutrition. There are very few photographs. The recipes are simple to follow. As with most "five ingredient" cookbooks, some of the ingredients aren't counted so there are often more than five, though a few are really simple like the recipe for hot dogs is just hot dogs in an air fryer. Nutritional information is provided for each recipe (thank you publisher!).

This won't be a good fit for anybody outside of the SAD norm -- people who have dietary restrictions or food allergies, vegetarians, diabetics, low-carb folks, whole 30, or just healthy eaters in general. Most of the recipes use a lot of wheat and sugar, including the meats (they call for lots of high sugar purchased BBQ sauces and panko bread crumbs, for instance). My hubby and I are currently eating a Mediterranean inspired keto diet and there's almost nothing in this book that we could eat, and my two youngest are allergic to gluten and there's virtually nothing in the book that they could eat. As mentioned, those who eat the typical SAD diet will find lots to like, though.

I read a digital ARC of this book for review.

Just like the title says, I love my air fryer! I am always looking for new recipes to use in my air fryer so this is a perfect cookbook for me. I only wish there were pictures for a lot more, maybe even every recipe, as it stands now there is a picture for every 4-8 recipes. I want to see all of the yummy looking food! I can’t wait to try the steak bites and sauce, it sounds delicious!
