I have been reading more about reducing inflammation through diet and this book is very helpful. In this book you learn more about how to improve your immune system and feel better, setting up your kitchen for success, you get recipes to help you eat to reduce inflammation, and so much more. A great book! Thank you to NetGalley and the Publisher for an ARC.

Unfortunately I was approved for this book after it was already archived, so I was not able to read it. However, it is definitely a book I’d look forward to reading in the future as I am curious about eating right and wondering what ‘inflammation type’ means.

Thank you NetGalley for an advanced copy. I think because the author is a horse practitioner and not a doctor, she was able to write this researched book in terms that the average person can understand. The quizzes at the end can help guide the reader to know where to start reading and making lifestyle changes. The text is well organized and the table of contents is very helpful for those needing to go right to the pages applicable to them and not have to read everything. It has recipes at the end, and even though this isn’t a cook book, I think some pictures would have been a great touch.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the advanced electronic copy of this book. This book discusses different types of inflammation, their possible causes, triggers, and suggestions on lifestyle changes, foods, and detox for better health and well-being. I believe that this book is best used under the guidance of the medical and/or integrative professional. I enjoyed the recipe section and definitely gained some ideas and recipes I would like to try.
