Fun board books for teaching little ones manners in a light hearted way. Great information at the end for parents to know, as well.

This book was so cute and so much fun to teach a child about saying please. I loved the cat and cheese storyline plus the illustrations were really cute.

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for a copy to honestly review.

I like that this book is teaching kids manners and that it has tips for parents at the end of the book, I wasn't a huge fan of the teaching kids to say hello just because someone else says hello or the eye contact. Not every child is able to make eye contact and children need to be cognizant that not everyone that says hello is their friend.

Other than those two tips, I thought the book was really cute and the illustrations were fun and colorful. I am excited that Chicken Soup for the Soul is branching into baby books.

We want to train our children in manners in a way that they see for themselves the value of good manners. With Cat she has a problem with saying please. Everyone else does not seem to but Cat. A funny and entertaining way to spend time with your little one while teaching them the value of please. Highly recommend.

A special thank you to Charlesbridge and Netgalley for the ARC and the opportunity to post an honest review

This book had me laughing so hard by about the 5th page because Cat is so reminiscent of many of the students I work with. Not only did White show a shining example of how easy it is (in some cases) to use manners in order to get what you want, but the author also provided a wonderful note to parents that helps teach these manners along with other healthy interpersonal skills to toddlers.

An adorable little book for toddlers and parents. The story follows various animals and their babies, with a cat family as the protagonists. The illustrations are very well done. I enjoyed this book, and I'm sure my nieces and nephews will, too!
