The authors are one of the big voices in the Paleo movement. Sadly, Keto has seemed to take over Paleo and it has become a bit of a dinosaur. That is so sad because it can be a wonderful and healthy diet. This book shows you how to do Paleo the right way - a lifestyle rather than just a diet. Lots of useful and practical tips.
