Under The Sea was a fun, easy to follow audiobook about the wonders of what lies below the sea. What fascinated me the most about the book, which I have never seen before in a audiobook book, was the fact it was layout more like a documentary than a book. There where multiple guest biologists and two different presenters, this made the audiobook extremely easy to binge listen to in one sitting. Despite studying zoology and biology for numerous years, there was an abundance of facts that I learnt within this book, as it is very well research. The wording of this book also makes it accessible to everyone regardless of your prior knowledge of the subject. I am looking forward to purchasing the rest of the audiobooks within this series.

Thank you netgalley for giving me this Audiobook to listen to. I mainly love how knowledgeable it was, some of the things like ocean acidification is still unknown to people, specially who don't live near the ocean. And I loved how if was narrated, how sometimes it seems like a narration and then through conversation. It's really short, so I finihsed it very quickly.

I really enjoyed this!

I love learning about the ocean and some of these topics were really fascinating. I do wish it had been more in depth though- it felt more like a podcast with a high level overview of a couple major issues rather than really getting into each topic. Would definitely be interested in other ocean related books or audiobooks by this author though!

Where have these audiobooks been all my life. This audiobook is incredible you can learn about the importance of oceans and how the impact of climate change can effect all aspects of ocean life. It is just like sitting in a really interesting university lecture and the language used is very easy to understand. With this audiobook is like a bitesize and is 1 hour long so you're learning vast amounts in very little amount of time. The readers are so much fun to listen to as they are enthusiastic and passionate about this subject area. A great book for all ages and a must for those who like to learn. I can not recommend enough. I look forward to further titles coming out as I will be following them very closely. Thank you for producing something that has been missing all these years.

A short but informative guide about one of the most unexplored regions of our universe. Even space has been more widely researched, despite our oceans being considerablly smaller. The audio program is broken into smaller bites that are easy to follow and understand, with narrations that are conversational and fun. I’m not an expert in the matter, but all the content managed to surprise, fascinate and terrify me in equal measure. The content is about the ecology of our marine systems, but not so much about the animals. It was very interesting and the four narrators sound like a knowledgeable friend speaking about a fascinating subject.
I chose to listen to this audiobook and all opinions in this review are my own and completely unbiased. Thank you, NetGalley/OrangeSky Audio!
