Wonderfully delightful!!! I'm reading this in June and already know this is going to be one of my favorite books of the year. Olivia Dade delivers a sequel to Spoiler Alert and it is just as hot, over the top funny and genuinely sweet. All The Feels overlaps in time with Spoiler Alert but it definitely can be read on its own.

Alex Woodroe is starring in the final season of a Game of Thrones type tv series. When he gets into a brawl off set the production company hires a minder to stay with him 24/7. They don't want any more bad press before the series season airs. He accepts because he needs to stay out of trouble so he can continue on to new career projects. Alex is one of my new favorite characters. He is absolutely impulsive, genuinely kind and self aware of his a$$holery. He also has ADHD which is accurately depicted whether in his continual leaps in conversations or needing walks during the night to settle himself.

His minder is Lauren Clegg, an ER therapist, who after nine years of work takes a much deserved vacation. When her cousin and producer of Gods of the Gates calls and asks her to babysit the tv star she sees it as a way to stretch her time off and recover from burnout. Neither expects genuine friendship and caring to develop. This combines friends to lovers and close proximity tropes brilliantly. Alex is so over the top funny in his streaming thoughts and Lauren is the genuine realistic counter balance he needs. They both get to grow in the book and value their self worth.

I don't know if there is another book planned for the series but I will definitely look for it or another book by Dade. How can I resists an author who has added pegging to my lexicon. Thank you to NetGalley and Avon and Harper Voyager for an ARC ebook in exchange for an honest review.

Olivia Dade has quickly become one of my new favorite authors. All The Feels was an excellent follow-up to Spoiler Alert. I was apprehensive, given that some of the material in ATF covers some events in SA but that was handled beautifully. I enjoyed Alex's character a lot and Dade writes him very well. I didn't feel like I got to know Lauren as well, but she still had good chemistry with Alex. I enjoyed this book. My only caveat is that the events that occur after Alex's fallout (not a spoiler, it's in Spoiler Alert!) seemed like they were placed there to stretch the book out. I felt like there was probably a better way to create conflict and ensure the HEA that felt more in line with the plot and the characters. However, overall, a great follow up to Spoiler Alert and one I'll be recommending for a while.

I’ve had an Olivia Dade weekend. I read Spoiler Alert for the first time yesterday and I was going to wait until closer to the publication date to read All The Feels, but couldn’t stop myself from reading it. The plot of All The Feels overlaps somewhat with Spoiler Alert, but by no means does the first book need to be read to enjoy this one. I do think I prefer Spoiler Alert slightly over All The Feels, but that’s just my opinion comparing the two, both books are leaps and bounds better than several of the books I’ve read recently.

I really liked both Alex and Lauren. I liked that Alex was genuinely a good person. It was also refreshing to see his ADHD written accurately. Lauren was a delight. She was so confident in herself and her abilities that it was just a pleasure to read. I enjoyed getting to see their relationship grow in such an organic way.

I loved all the tropes in the book the two main ones being forced proximity and friends to lovers. I also loved when Alex identified that they were going to live out the “only one bed” trope when they were stranded at a crowded inn. Little moments of self-awareness like that are always a delight to find in romances.

My only complaint about this book was the lack of actual pegging IFYKYK. I will happily read a third book in the series should Olivia choose to write one.

Thank you to NetGalley and Avon for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

I'm going to be 100% completely cliche right now and say that this book really did give me all the feels, and it kind of took me by surprise. When I read the first book in this series (Spoiler Alert) I really felt like April was a great stand in for me, I felt like I had so much in common with her and when reading the book I felt like I was living vicariously through her. I absolutely adored Spoiler Alert and I knew that I would love All the Feels too... and I did. But where April felt like the ultimate reader insert fanfic, Lauren felt like a mirror and I wasn't prepared. So there are two big reasons I loved All The Feels... let's jump right in.

Reason 1: Dade kicks off the book with this dedication- To all the little girls who learned to stay quiet and not take up space in the world. May you find your inner harpies and demand your due, at long last. The book never looked back from there. I have never been small, never been conventionally pretty, never really been that girl... but I also never felt like I was hiding or shying away. Lauren feels much the same. She is a smart, funny, confident person, it's no surprise that Alex ends up head over heels for her. However, what Dade nails in this story are the million little ways you cut yourself down. You let people make rude comments and you tell yourself you don't care, but really you just become numb and it's easier to let it go then let it ruin your day. You stop expecting amazing things because somewhere along the way you start believing that you aren't worth it. You have great friends who you can be yourself with, but when you head out into the world you notice the way people look at you, so you remind yourself that their reaction says more about them then it does about you. You brush things off, you turn a blind eye, you remove yourself from situations and you tell yourself its okay.... but all the while it's a death by a million paper cuts. You can be smart and funny and confident like Lauren and still feel every slice. That part of this story is so well done. Watching Alex and Lauren work through that aspect of the relationship was both great and slightly traumatizing, because it was all so familiar, and we don't often see that play out on the page.

Reason 2: Alex and Lauren are absolutely everything. This is a RomCom through and through and these two are so very entertaining. Alex in particular with his absolute unabashed love of fanfic had me in tears laughing. Whenever he got hyped up about his favorite fanfic tropes emerging in his real life I was dying. I don't even like some of the tropes, but here, with Alex screaming about how excited he is to be living his best fanfic life, I couldn't help but also be all in. Lauren has the perfect dry wit to match Alex's chaotic energy, she might have been hired to watch him and keep him in check, but she sees right to the heart of him and the way they play off each other is perfection. Going along for the ride with Alex and Lauren was awesome and I didn't want it to end. Without giving anything away, at the end of the book there are some new opportunities that arise for Alex and Lauren and I'd like to formally put in writing that I'm going to need a book (TV show???) that's just them doing the thing and being entertaining.

I'm not ready to give up Alex and Lauren yet, and while we are at it, we can bring back Marcus and April too!

And here I thought I couldn't love a book more than I loved Spoiler Alert! Ten pages in, I was already mentally rearranging our 2022 book club lineup because I don't know if I can bear to wait until 2023 to share this with the club. Laugh-out-loud funny, deeply emotional, and wildly romantic. I couldn't put it down and didn't want it to end.

Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read and review, and to Olivia Dade for writing such an incredible book!

Oh I loved this book! Is it perfect? No, there are definitely a few flaws. But I teared up on several occasions and per my own guidelines for reviewing books that is one of my five star qualifications, so I guess my tear ducts have decided for me. Alex is A LOT. Like a lot a lot. But that’s his ADHD talking. If I had to deal with him in real life it would be too much for me, but in the book he was fabulous. And Lauren is a great counterpoint, she has a very low BS tolerance, is full of common sense, but can also be funny and feisty. As you can tell from the cover Lauren is obese, and this definitely leads to some difficulties with criticism from fans about the relationship. This also causes misunderstandings & conflict between the two of them. But the issues are worked through and we do get an HEA.

P.S. we know from the first book and this one that Alex has a slight obsession with pegging, so I know I am not the only one who’s disappointed we didn’t get that on page! #Cupidgetspegged

Olivia Dade's books are wonderful modern-day nerdy fantasies where the actors in our favorite nerdy TV series:

1. Have in-depth, wonderfully detailed opinions of the franchise they're acting in;
2. Are amazing people, inside and out;
3. Fall in love with normal-looking fans just like us;
4. Change the world for the better.

All the Feels continues in this tradition, with Alex (who plays a Roman demi-god on TV and has the looks and physique to match) falling for Lauren, who's been hired as his minder to keep him out of trouble. This leads to some forced proximity but since they're coworkers Alex never takes things higher than the flirtation level until they're no longer working together. Once their professional relationship is out of the way Alex wastes no time in pursuing Lauren.

The book is a feel-good, sexy trope-fest and we loved basically every second of it.

This book was precious! Thank you, Olivia, for having an unconventionally beautiful main character; representation matters! Also I had no idea this was the second book in a series and I can't wait to get my hands on "Spoiler Alert".

Thank you, NetGalley, for allowing me access to an eARC of this lovely book!

This was so, so sweet. I love how diverse and yet familiar Ms Dade's characters are. The plot was well crafted and well paced and then I just fell for Lauren and Alex. Each of them individually are rich and well written characters but together they made my heart hurt. The story is sweet and heart breaking and hopeful. I really enjoyed reading this one and can't wait to try more by this author.

4.5/5 ⭐️

Olivia Dade writes to my soul, and I love it so much.

Alex’s acting career is quickly spiraling out of control, so he’s assigned a nanny to keep him in line. Lauren’s past work as a therapist in an ER makes her uniquely qualified to handle Alex’s outbursts, but she didn’t count on Alex being far more caring than the tabloids made him seem.

I. Loved. This. Book.
Spoiler Alert is my favorite book, and while I had been impatiently waiting to get my hands on All The Feels, a part of me was worried it would be a letdown after Spoiler Alert. Oh, ye of little faith in Olivia Dade.

Alex and Lauren were freaking adorable. I loved the juxtaposition between them - personalities and appearances!

Alex Woodroe is officially vying for favorite fictional man. The number of times I swooned just because he was considerate of Lauren was ridiculous.

Lauren...I just want to hug her; I loved her so much. If April Whittier is everything I aspire to be as a plus size woman, Lauren Clegg represents who I am now. She’s still smart and capable and determined, but she also has issues with accepting herself. Olivia Dade really writes amazing plus size women, and Lauren’s may be the most realistic one yet.

I did think the plot dragged a bit, especially at the beginning, but I was so in love with these characters while I was reading that it hardly mattered!

*Slight spoilers*
Tropes to look forward to: Friends to lovers, slow burn, and the most AMAZING use of the only one bed trope ever.

You may love this book if:
- You love plus size protagonists
- You’re a fan of slow burn romances
- You love when men in romances are genuinely good guys

At some point while reading All the Feels, I whispered to myself that I had, in that moment, all the feels. In it, Alex (a famous actor) falls for Lauren, his minder (a therapist. not his therapist).

All the Feels is a perfect follow up to Spoiler Alert. While Spoiler Alert is a metatextual defense of fanfiction, All the Feels is an intentional dive into the joy of tropes, and it's fizzier than Spoiler Alert. Like Marcus in Spoiler Alert, Alex is a fanfiction reader and writer; he is delighted when their reality (our story) play out a trope, which was very fun.

I identified with Lauren so much. She was not hot fat -- the kind where it's ok as long as it's confined to an hourglass shape. Instead, she is frequently described as round. There was something very lovelyin reading Alex's lust-soaked descriptions of Lauren's body.

There is recounted domestic violence (none on the page). The fact that it was an explanation to Alex's devotion to a particular charity (rather than, say, as an explanation for a main character's relationship to the other main character) as well as part of his story with his family member made that choice feel ok to me where could have felt exploitative. Olivia Dade wrote about the impact of domestic violence for a loving and helpless bystander with a great deal of sensitivity.

The two things this book didn't do that I wished we could have seen -- I'd love to have seen Lauren and April in the same room. And a pegging scene. We are told it happens in the epilogue but I want receipts. What can I say?

This was a very sweet, slow burn, close proximity romance! I love the sci- fi television/fan fiction world. I thought that Alex and Lauren had a fun relationship and I loved seeing them opening up to each other. This was a lovely follow up and I can't wait to read more by Olivia Dade!

All the Feels is a cute romance and I enjoyed every second of it. This one was just as good as the first book and the characters were adorable. I hope Olivia Dade continues to write woman characters who don't look like your average female lead. Can't wait to read her next one!!!!

This was a delightful follow-up to Spoiler Alert. I really enjoyed the chemistry between Lauren and Alex and seeing how their relationship progressed from being forced to be around each other because of a job to genuinely liking one another. This is definitely a slowburn romance, but I think it spent the right amount of time building up their feelings so it seemed justified when they finally got together.

As with Spoiler Alert, all the discussion of fandom and fanfiction here was a lot of fun. I especially liked seeing all of Alex’s opinions when it came to different tropes. Although, I will say that for as much discussion there was about pegging in his fanfic, I was hoping to actually see some on-page pegging between Lauren and Alex.

It was gratifying to see the personal growth that both Lauren and Alex have over the course of the story. Certain ways they jump to conclusions or act impulsively have believable impacts on the romance. I thought that the conflict that arose in the third act seemed understandable and not just some random thing thrown in for the sake of the story arc, which can sometimes happen in romances.

Olivia Dade has a knack for writing fun, funny, sweet, and sexy romances that blend larger than life celebrity and fandom moments with grounded relationships.

Cute contemporary with. ADHD representation and a sweet storyline. My first by this author and it won’t be my last. The chemistry in this was so fantastic and I loved the connection between our two characters a whole lot too,

*Thank you to Avon, Olivia Dade and Netgalley for giving me an E-ARC of "All The Feels" in exchange for an honest review. *

"Spoiler Alert" was one of my favorite reads of 2020 and I was SO excited to read "All The Feels". While I didn't adore this as much as "Spoiler Alert", Alex and Lauren have a unique chemistry and I did enjoy reading their story. I appreciate the disability rep in these books as well. (Alex has ADHD,Marcus from "Spoiler Alert" has dyslexia, if I recall correctly.)

I really did have "All the Feels" after reading Olivia Dade's newest book. Alex is a hot movie star with ADHD and a heart of gold. Lauren is burnt out after years of putting others first as an ER Therapist. When forced together these two find more than just companionship, they find love and so much more.

This book was a little bit slower to get into than "Spoiler Alert" but it was a great follow up to it. We return to the Gods of the Gates tv crew universe pretty much where it was when "Spoiler Alert" opened, they are wrapping up filming. Alex has been getting into trouble, however, and is given a handler to keep him in line. I was a little surprised the story didn't pick up near where the last one left off, but as it is from a new couple's perspective it still feels fairly fresh, though there isn't as much fandom asides between the chapters like news clippings or fanfics. Stuff is still there, but I felt less involved in the story because of this.

Again there is great representation in this book with ADHD and a character in the story having to deal with past domestic abuse and another characters feelings about it. It is a slow build to that, with hints so you are prepared but I know that a lot of people have an issue with it being used as part of a plot but it gives it some grounding in reality as well.

Was definitely one of the books that I was most looking forward to this year, and once again Olivia Dade did not disappoint. Was so glad to be able to read this

This was such a great follow-up to Spoiler Alert! I liked that it started during the same timeline of the events of that book, and re-reading the first purposely because I had gotten approved for this ARC definitely enhanced that experience. I had enjoyed Alex's antics throughout the first one and was so happy to see this focus on him and Lauren! Their banter was as good as I'd hoped for and I enjoyed watching their friendship and affection blossom over the course of the book. I only wish that the last chunk of the book had felt tighter plot-wise - it seemed to meander for a bit during the more introspective parts for Lauren and Alex.

Oh my goodness, I absolutely adored this book. While I did love Spoiler Alert a taaaaad bit more, this book is a real close second. I love that it was written by fangirl (iykyk) and all the references to fandom. I also really love how Lauren is unapologetic about her size and that this book doesn't really harp (hehehe) on it. Sure, its a minor plot point, but the book doesn't treat her and Alex's relationship as something that could NEVER happen in real life. It just was and just is, and I think this is such a positive book to have out there in the book world.
