Unfortunately the netgalleu app wouldn't let me renew the book and I didnt finish it in time. The book wouldn't download to my kindle so I was unable to fully read it which is a shame.

As always, this HBR anthology is chock full of good ideas, thought-provoking analysis and good, sound advice. Like Each of tHE others I have read, this one left me thinking about I dim how I do it and why I do it.
