I've absolutely loved the series and this book did not disappoint! This is an excellent end to an exciting YA sci-fi series. Honestly, I couldn't put it down.

I didn't care for this one as much as the previous two, mostly because I still find Aurora and Kal to be annoyingly touchy-feely and Aurora to be way too overpowered to be reasonable. I found myself enjoying the same characters throughout and being annoyed by the same characters throughout, so A+ for consistency.

I loved the time travel element of this one and thought it was a pretty cool method for bringing the story around to a conclusion. Likewise, I liked the new relationships developed throughout.

I still think I liked the Illuminae series better than this one, but this is massively appealing to any teens who like sci-fi.

The end. I didn’t want this series to end but Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff ended on a bang. Couldn’t have asked for more.

A terrific end to the series. Our heroes are off to different places and times struggling to defeat the plant-terror that is the Ra'haam. Lots of plot twists, humor, and edge-of-your-seat action make this a fun and compelling read.

What a clever ending to an incredible series. The twists and turns kept me guessing, and Jay and Amie are incredibly clever writers.

The whole book is action packed, and exciting. The relationship development was wonderful and the diaglogue was written in a very accomplished way. These are two exceptional writers.

I'm sad it's over, but I'm happy it happened.

Aurora’s End was heart pounding fun and an epic conclusion to a wonderful series! I had a blast with the squad as they raced to save the universe! My only gripe was some of the back and forth time traveling got a little confusing at times but ultimately I thought it worked well.

A heartbreaking end that is as complicated and beautiful as every book by Jay and Amie. They do an amazing job juggling multiple characters and leaving you wanting more.

I have tried to get past the 30% mark in this book several times, and I just haven't been able to. While I loved book one in this series, book two was incredibly frustrating and Aurora's End just is not off to a good start. I feel like this series just kept getting worse.

I have had this galley for over a year, and I have tried so many times to finish it. At least 3 separate dedicated times, once with the audiobook, and I am admitting defeat and giving up. I loved the first two books in this series, but I just could not find my rhythm with this book.

I thin the furthest in I got was about 20%. I don't know why, but this time around, I found the humor grating and the characterizations of different characters, especially the female characters, very cringey. I did not enjoy my time with this book and have given in and will be unhauling the series.

My exact review on Goodreads directly after finishing this book is "😫😭😭". I cried so dang much with this book. It HURT me. I loved it but at the same time it broke me. It's true, those you love hurt you the most. The ending was fantastic, the little plot twit as to who the "leaders" of aurora academy were was amazing. This entire trilogy is just so amazing and I am sad it's over. I loved these characters and this world so much.

I loved this entire series and this was such a good way to conclude the series. So much of the book I did not anticipate. There were a few parts that I wished they spent more time on. However, this was probably due to me wanting to know even more about the characters and for the books never to end. I wish as much or more time was spent on characters other than Ari because I could not get enough of any of them. This is such an amazing series. I can not recommend this series enough. 5 stars for characters, banter, adventure, world building and adventure. Thank you netgalley for sending me this eARC.

Who doesn't love an Amie/Jay collaboration? Seriously even if these books didn't get as much hype as they do (and they do!) I would love this.

This book felt more sci-fi than the others and I struggled to get into it. The time travel made an interesting plot twist, but made a tricky timeline to keep track of.

I found Aurora's End to be a disappointing end to an otherwise good series. Aurora and Kal were just awful to read about and it seemed like I was constantly cringing. It honestly didn't feel like the other books in the series or like it was written by the same author duo as the Illuminae series.

Thanks so much to Netgalley and the publisher for the e-arc.

Thank you to the publisher and NetGalley for the electronic review copy of this book. Unfortunately, I found this book somewhat underwhelming. It dragged in places and for the ending of the series it was just flat for me. I really wanted to like this book, but…

Aurora's End was very well written—point blank. I really enjoyed reading the multiple
perspectives within the different chapters, as it makes it more enjoyable for me when reading to know what each person had in their head, or differences of what they went through. I was VERY invested in the growth of Zila's love life. Good adventures and equally good banter! It seems like every character was crafted so smart in the previous books, but this time around, I was surprised how Zila, Fin, and Scarlett took more than 50 attempts. Truthfully, the newness did keep me in awe, but then around the 5th time or so is when I just got irritated with all those warnings. Auri's situation dragged a bit for my liking, too. I also really liked the puzzles of the unexpected gifts, especially Fin's pen. Definitely unusual circumstances which made it impossible to guess what it was for. World building was interesting and keeps you guessing. I liked the high technology with time travel, space flights, magellan, exo suits, and outer space aquarium. Fin was a favorite character throughout the series and I loved how each character grow out of their shell over time. I would recommend someone who loves sci-fi and lovable characters to read this series.

I didn't want this series to end before I started reading this book and I am sad to see it go after I have finished this book. I loved each and every one of these characters from the very beginning. Anything that these two write I am definitely going to be reading it. There were some insane plot twists in this installment that I definitely didn't see coming.

This was insane to say the least. But I really enjoyed it, even if it wasn’t exactly the ending I had envisioned for Squad 312. I really wish the whole time travel thing was a little bit more detailed, but I’m also not really a fan of time travel when it gets too complicated.

Auri and the gang get swept both into the past and the future in this third book of the series. ARC from NetGalley.

Thank you so much @NetGalley and @knopfteen for gifting me a copy of Aurora’s End in exchange for an honest review.

🚀 Mini Review 🌸
MAKER’S BREATH!!

When I got approved for Aurora’s End by @misterkristoff and @amiekaufmanauthor I freaked out. I love their writing so much. The Illuminae series is def a fave of mine and I absolutely love squad 312!

This is a hard review for me because I don’t want to give anything away if you haven’t read Aurora Rising and Aurora Burning yet. Just know that this one is probably my fave of the 3, and that’s not the usual when it comes to trilogies. Aurora’s End hooked me from the first page. I loved being with these characters again and didn’t realize how much I loved and connected with them until now. This last adventure is definitely the craziest.

In this book our crew is a tad split up, which was actually really nice because I was able to get to know them apart from each other. Finian is still my favorite character and has been since the beginning. He was also my fave POV to be in.

I am so so sad to be done with this crew. I wish it wasn’t over and am hoping that there will be more to their story.

If you loved Illuminae then you will love this series. And if you read the first two, then you need to read this one asap! Like, right now, if possible. If you read this book already, my DM’s are open if you want to chat about it! I gave Aurora’s End ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
