The bottle of Chardonnay on the cover drew me to How Much Wine Will Fix My Broken Heart? by Kristen Bailey, and I am so glad it did! While this book is about grief and loss, it’s also about love, friendship, family, and being there for fellow humans. I’m happy to see that Grace’s sisters each have their own book, and I am looking forward to reading those as well.

I laugh, cry and got frustrated sometimes all at the same time. Grace is down to earth and yet at times neurotic. That's not a bad quality to have in this story. She's full of life and her character is beyond relatable. Perhaps it's because I am Vietnamese and there's a bond that is rooted in me. Looking beyond ethnicity, there's something about Grace that you just can't help but love, especially her sense of humor. The author doesn't shy away from the fault that was within their relationship; however, at the same time also written Tom in a way that you just can't dislike him. All of the characters are full of life. I would love another book perhaps this time focusing on the other sisters.

Thank you to Bookouture and NetGalley for letting me read this ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Another laugh a minute book in the Callaghan sisters series , great to catch up on the girls lives, loves and woes! Grace is the featured sister this time, we follow her and Tom’s dating history, romance,Tom’s illness and death and his everlasting legacy to her! This could have been a sad somber read but instead it’s heartwarming, enlightening and a joy to read! Friends, family and acquaintances from all over the world all come together to remember Tom when a school wing is named after him, memories are shared, revelations are made and stories shared about how this one person has made such an impact on so many, I found it particularly touching how through Tom, Grace now has Cleo and Maya who have helped her grieve and given her a purpose and the strength to carry on! So looking forward to the next instalment in the Callaghan sisters lives!
Thank you net galley for this early read!

Three and a half stars.

This is the fourth book in the series about the Callaghan sisters and it is about Grace Callaghan. Grace was widowed in her twenties when her husband Tom died of testicular cancer. It's three years later and Grace has adopted two Vietnamese sisters, daughters of a couple that Tom knew in Vietnam when he was travelling the world.

Tom's mother wrote a book about Tom for charity and has raised enough money to build a wing on the school where he used to teach, she is also taking the opportunity of the opening ceremony to hold a memorial for Tim, inviting all his friends from around the world.

Grace is struggling to move on after Tom's death, she still talks to his photograph at night and dreams of him several times a week. Whereas Tom was adventurous and outgoing Grace is reserved and a homebody, his death has made her retreat even further into herself.

By turns hilariously funny and heartbreakingly sad, this will make you wish you had your very own Tom in your life, he packed a lot of living and loving into his twenty-eight years on earth.

What do I love about Kristen Bailey's novels? They aren't predictable, cookie-cutter romances. What don't I like about Kristen Bailey's novels? They aren't predictable, cookie-cutter romances! I thought I knew where this was going, I was wrong.

Overall, I enjoyed it, read it in less than a day. Emma's book is still my favourite, maybe because I secretly want to be Emma?

I received a free copy of this book from the publisher via NetGalley in return for an honest review.

The writing was so playful, so enjoyable to read. Both these characters were so relatable.
If you're looking for something to kick a reading slump or if you just want a fun, romantic book to sweep you off your feet this summer: look no further. This was such a good book.
The pacing was really good and the humour and banter between the characters kept me engaged the entire time.
The characters I absolutely adored. Fun, cute, witty enjoyable people to follow in a book!
Everything about this story worked. I had no idea what to expect going in but was happy with the journey it took me on. I wanted more as I always do when I’m reluctant to let a story go.

Thank you NetGalley and Bookouture for this cute advanced ebook!.

A cute but rather sad read. Grace is still recovering from her husband’s death. Each chapter begins with a message or missive to each other. She is trying to move on. She now has two daughters she adopted, but her heart is still longing and in mourning for a man that she will never see again. The dialogue was good and the content was interesting. I thought the ending was the best. Out of the mouth of babes opens up a new adventure for Grace and her girls.
