Dakota and Blaze have been best friends for ever. They are both wolf shifters and love pack life. Dakota has been appointed to be one of the elite warriors for the pack and is the veterinarian for the ranch. Blaze is a elite warrior, best friends with Dakota, a handsome cowboy and hiding a big secret. Blaze passed is about to resurface and he’ll do anything to keep them from coming to the pack.
I really don’t know what to say. It’s cowboy shifters and deadly women. Best friends become lovers. A new breed of shifters. Action. Sex. Of course the “ I want you but not good enough for you “ spiel. I did enjoy it.

Wild Cowboy was a letdown for me after having read and really enjoyed the previous book in the Seven Range Shifters Series. The characters didn't even make sense. They would go back and forth over the same things and that bothered me. The whole book felt a little bit pointless, and a bit aimless.
I will say that the whole conversation amongst the girls/friends/female wolves about Dakota being "sexually submissive" felt kind of... wrong considering the stereotypes around Asian Women and especially because it's something that doesn't even actually happen. The book is quite tame, to be honest.

Blaze is the pack warrior, and Dakota is the local vet. A lot of pulling in both directions before getting to their HEA, but still kept my interest. Love the cover too. Would recommend, especially if you've read others in the series.

The story kept me here but I truly came for the cover. Anyways. I love a good shifter story and this didn’t disappoint.
