Allie’s brother calls her for help after an accident; she does not hesitate to go to his aide. It seems his truck ended up in a ditch as he tried to avoid hitting a safe. The police end up opening the safe and find a dead body of the president of the local gun club.

Things get more suspicious when the dead body died from a lethal poisoned injection which could only come from the local veterinarian. Allie will find herself digging into things as she will find many suspects including the victims wife and business acquaintances.

It a delightful fun read that flows quickly.
