What a unique poetry book. Therese has this incredible way with words. The symbolism and rawness and complete honesty in her words kept me wanting to push through her story. It was painful and beautiful.

I don't know how to rate poetry, but I felt that the author was writing from somewhere raw and deep inside themselves. I listened to the audiobook version, and I wasn't always able to tell where one poem ended and the next began.
Excellent narrator for this.

When someone shares their heart with you, you thank them. I have nothing to add to this book. The author's words are gut-wrenchingly honest and beautiful and terrible.
